The rug is perfect. Soft to walk on, looks luxurious, delivered within a few days. Packaged well.

I am very disappointed in my delivery from the London rug company. My parcel was left outside my front door whilst I was in work, only to return home and it had been stolen from my property. I did not agree for the parcel to be left when no one was home. I have been in contact with the company who have been very reluctant and still chasing for a refund on an order I never received. I will definitely not be buying from this company again as I paid a lot for this rug and can not get a refund.

I ordered 2 of the Nicole outdoor rugs. They are just like the advertised photos, the quality is excellent and they look great. This is my second purchase from The London Rug Company and the communications from initial purchase to delivery were excellent. Delivered on time too! Well done Dawn and team.

I ordered 2 Marie outdoor rugs, after just a couple of weeks we had some rain and one of the rugs that wasn’t under the gazebo started to curl at the edges, I contacted London Rug Company who replied asking was it still the same now it’s dry, I replied that it was.
I have received no further response from the company, no response from further emails asking for help with the issue

First of all the Jennifer Rug i purchased is absolutely outstanding in every aspect.
Also on purchase i forgot to use my discount code which could have saved me quite a lot, i emailed the company and they applied the code for me so as i could get the savings, they were so helpful and so quick to get back to me

Terrible customer service received my rug sent it back. The next day wasn’t suitable for my home and not received a confirmation saying they have received the rug or any email not answering the phone absolutely terrible do not buy.

No I sent back my rug back to you on the 10th of March I’ve sent more than seven emails. I’ve tried to ring the number which I think is dodgy. Nobody is answering and it’s a EE mobile number and every email you sent didn’t make sense. Do not buy from the seller. Terrible!!!

A very beautiful carpet

Ordered The Charlie, firstly it was left outside on the driveway no one even knocked the door. The quality leaves a lot to be desired - thin cheap backing. The fringes are curled up and won’t stay down and foot marks cover it ! For the money I am disappointed. I would ideally like to return it as not happy - note this review did not receive a response as at today May 24th is that because I said I wanted to return ?

I luv my new rug it arrived really quickly and is superb. I had a minor issue but it was resolved promptly,by customer service
