Was worried about the color looking different in person, but it's actually spot on. Really brings our sitting room together.
Ordered a Phoebe rug and a Mila large diffuser and love how they work together in my lounge. Speedy delivery for both items which arrived separately but on the same day.

Hi Clare, thanks for your review.
As per our email correspondence, you have diverted your parcel to a collection point and have not yet collected it. You emailed us for the first time on Saturday 30th, which unfortunately, we couldn't reply to as our offices are closed Saturday-Sunday, however you did receive a reply Monday morning (before this review was posted).
Whilst we appreciate we may not get 5* reviews every time, this one did disappoint us as the accusations were incorrect.
Hopefully you enjoy your rug once it has been collected!

I first saw their rugs at the NEC furniture show and was very impressed. I have just ordered my first rug for a client and the whole experience from order to installation was wonderful. Wonderful quality and service.

Amazing Rug
I recently ordered a beautiful rug named Helen from London Rug Company. My first experience of ordering from this company has been excellent from start to finish.
The website was so easy to navigate. There were a great selection of gorgeous rugs to choose from and they were all available in two sizes. The images were clear and concise and definitely true to the eye. More importantly the price of the rugs are amazing, I did wonder when ordering if the quality would not be as expected but I needn't have worried at all. The rug arrived carefully packaged and without delay by a reputable delivery company and on opening I couldn't believe what good value for money the rug was. The quality is amazing and I love the colours, it was exactly what I was looking for! After removing the packaging it took less than 10 minutes for the rug to lay flat, there were no creases and the corners sat flat straightaway too. I'll definitely order from this company again, in fact I'm now considering ordering the same rug in the larger size for the winter months.
