Incredible service—they completely saved our transaction!
As buying agents, we deal with tight deadlines daily, but we recently faced a major emergency when a critical transaction was stalled. We urgently needed both a Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) and an Asbestos Report in order to exchange contracts. We contacted Mehwish at Homesafe Assessors on Friday morning in a complete panic. By Friday afternoon, they already had an assessor visiting the property. Their turnaround time was absolutely exceptional: we received the completed FRA by Monday and the Asbestos Report by Tuesday.Their speed, professionalism, and efficiency kept our deal alive. We cannot thank them enough and highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable, fast property assessments!

I would not use them again
I would not use them again. I would not recommend them neither. I can't believe they are NICEIC approved. Absolutely sham!
Still works are not completed (it's nearly June now). Taken my money and not rectified. Given a sham EICR. Disgusted by their behaviour.
