5 Star Service
We had an urgent request for numerous draft EPC's reports for a refurbishment project in London - other providers were not able to arrange a visit until the following week but 'London Safety Certificate' were able to assign an Assessor to visit the site the next day and we were in receipt of the reports within 24 hours. From both the initial contact with Amna at LSC and the Assessor the service and communication was 5* throughout. Would highly recommend

Atrocious time keeping
Rep that came to test electrics was good. The one that came to do EPC rating was late then made appointment for following day and she never showed. Eventually came following day, no apology. Pretty poor tbh.

Thank you, Les, for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the poor experience you had with the EPC appointment. While we are pleased to hear that the electrical inspection was carried out well, we fully understand your frustration regarding the delay, the missed follow-up appointment, and the lack of communication and apology.
