I love my glasses! Very stylish, plus great quality!

Great experience with Look Optic. These are my favorite readers and when I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, Andy in their customer service department reached out to help me. My new order is en route and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’m a big fan!

I have three pair of LOOK OPTIC glasses and love them all. I recently found that one was missing some screws and LOOK was super quick with their assistance and without delay got an order for replacement screws sent out to me free of charge. The glasses are great and the customer service even better!

Communication was very pumped and service was very helpful!

Well, when I placed the order for my Diane Keaton lenses, I ordered the wrong one. I contacted customer service by email. They responded promptly and led me right through the process I needed to take for the exchange. It was Andy that was so helpful to me.
By the way, the quality of the frame is superb.

I have not ordered recently but in the past 6 months until March I've ordered numerous items of all colors shapes and powers. They all help. Some are prettier than others but all functional. I've sent individual reviews for many that I use. Try them.

When I was adjusting my glasses, they broke. They sent me a new pair right away!

Love the glasses. I bought two pair for a little variety. They look great and work perfectly for my needs. (They actually work better than my prescription glasses. Using the 2x magnification as I type this on my phone…which would normally be a blur without glasses.) One of the lenses came with a small scratch, but their customer service was incredibly responsive and sent out a replacement pair as soon as they heard. It’s comforting to know there are still some companies out there that have real customer service.

i’ve worn these readers in the past, and i love the style and quality. i ordered a few new pair and needed help with my order, and the quality of custom service is as top notch as the readers i love. excited to receive a few new to me styles. :)

The sun glasses would be better if they were darker.

Great glasses! Had an issue with delivery because of FedEx and or somebody stealing out of the condo package area. Immediately was sent out new order and it arrived perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing glasses!

My progressive readers are better than expected. I have been getting many compliments and the adjustment period was easy. I had to contact customer service and my problem was immediately resolved. I ordered two pairs and I will be ordering more. I can't say enough good things about Look Optic.
