Keaton Progressives
I bought the Keaton progressives. This is my first pair of readers from Look Optic. Though I'm still getting used to wearing progressive's, I can say that these are very light and comfortable! I am happy with Look Optic's mission, customer service, and tips about wearing the glasses. I will definitely purchase from Look Optic again.

Great looking glasses
I was looking for an upgrade to my current readers and saw a Look Optic ad on YouTube. I decided to go the website and found two that I liked. I first got the transitions, but decided those weren't for me, since I sit in front of a computer for work and need the readers all day. The exchange process was easy. I boxed up the ones I had, sent them back and got my new readers in a few days.

Not a clear lense if you are farsighted.
The look of the glasses was beautiful. The problem for me is that I'm farsighted but need readers. The top portion, for regular viewing, was not clear. It was extremely blurry for me, leading me to believe that it wasn't an unaltered lense. Very unfortunate.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re so sorry to hear the lenses didn’t meet your expectations. Please note we do not offer distance magnification- Our progressives are clear at the top, and readers at the bottom. In addition, it can take up to 2 weeks to get used to them.

Excellent customer service, I was resent a new pair of progressive glasses due to an issue with the reader portion on the first pair I received and 2nd pair was perfect! All the styles I have are comfortable, stylish and wear well!

The progressives don’t work for me
I’ve tried several different styles of your progressives and I cannot adjust to them. The reading area is too small and the only way I can read is to hold the glasses up higher on my face. They just don’t work for me.

As per your advertising I ordered…
As per your advertising I ordered glasses that were clear at the top of the lense and had 1.0x at the bottom. When I got the glasses the whole lense was 1.0x. When I questioned this I was told that was the only way these glasses were available. Again, this makes no sense since all your advertising says otherwise. I returned them.

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you were looking for progressive readers, which have clear lenses at the top and magnification only at the bottom. However, the items you ordered were standard readers, which have magnification throughout the entire lens.

Regarding the frame material, our glasses aren’t made of standard plastic. They’re crafted from TR-90, a lightweight, flexible, and durable material often used in high-quality eyewear. TR-90 is designed to provide comfort while being strong enough for everyday use.

The glasses are well made
The glasses are well made, solid and stylish. The hinge seems to keep catching my hair which is annoying. Maybe it's got a small gap? Not sure but the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. As always shipped timely, well packaged and high quality.
