Bad communication. I hope they change their website to be clear about this issue. I asked for some samples which the company stated were redeemable against purchase. As I knew I wanted to buy the lovely chair I went ahead and got the fabric samples for £30. However I discovered when the chair was in my cart it was only available as a set of six, which was not information available on their website. So I couldn’t purchase one and then they refused to reimburse the £30 sample price. After some back and forth they paid back £25. Rather petty.

As you requested a custom specification for a product, we regret that we cannot manufacture just one due to the nature of our production process. We understand that this information might have been missed and appreciate your feedback.
Regarding the sample fee, while our policy is that samples are non-refundable, we made an exception and issued a reimbursement as a gesture of goodwill. The difference in the refund amount was due to the shipping costs deducted by the courier, which are out of our control.

Amazing quality and amazing service. I couldn’t choose a suitable date for delivery and they got in touch promptly to arrange a new delivery date that suited me. The quality of the chair I ordered was amazing and sturdy. 10/10 would recommend.

Bad customer service and client experience
I wouldnt advise ordering from Loop and Twist. We ordered our Walnut chairs and they turned up in a dark walnut colour.
On requesting to return we have been told we will be charged £50 per chair to return! Even though we believe we have been missold to - We even purchased the wood stain samples from the company to prove that they were infact the wrong colour, which the stain samples did prove!
Furthermore, customer service is slow, there is no phone number so it adds to much frustration - we are left waiting days without an email response, even after sending the evidence that they are the wrong colour. Awful - wouldn’t recommend.

All our products are completely handmade, and the wood samples provided are meant as a reference to show the general tone and grain of the material. We do advise that colours can appear darker or lighter depending on lighting conditions and the natural variations in wood.
Regarding your return, your order was fully refunded upon receipt, and we regret that you felt our initial communication regarding return fees was unclear. These charges are a standard part of our return policy.
We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and are disappointed that you felt the need to leave a 2-star review. We believe the review doesn’t fully reflect the effort we put into our work or the resolution we offered. Nonetheless, your feedback is valuable, and we will continue to improve.
A pleasant surprise
I spent nearly two months trying to find the perfect dining chairs for our newly renovated flat to no avail. Then, one day there was an ad for Loop and Twist in my inbox. I was surprised by how beautiful the designs were; what's more, they were reasonably priced. I ordered and within five days my chairs were delivered. They are of superb quality. I couldn't be happier.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. The delivery was quick (next day) and I received regular updates. The quality of the samples were fantastic and so helpful for me to decide which product to purchase- would definitely recommend !

We bought 6 wegner chairs to go with a…
We bought 6 wegner chairs to go with a dining table. They are larger than we imagined but in the end go very well with the table we also ordered on line. They are comfortable and stylish. We did have some issues with the delivery process but Muha worked with us to sort the problems out .

We love our sofa and Wegner chairs from Loop + Twist!
Having two young kids, the furniture sometimes takes a battering. With drinks/food spills, accidents and lots of bouncing. But what I love most is how easy they are too clean and maintain. They look brand new even with all the above mentioned.
Their products are stunning and so well made! We will be purchasing from them again.
