Bought tires and a hydration pack that nobody had in Australia. Shipping to aus took 4 days which is very quick. I will definitely buy more from Lordgun.

Great Product, and fast delivery!

I live in Queensland Australia and l have made 2 separate purchases from Lordgun in approximately the past 6 months and both times the products were well packaged and promptly sent using USPS, (my chosen shipping option), the time frame for the parcels to get from Italy to Australia was very quick l thought, l can't remember exactly how long but it would have been within a two week period for sure, impressed. Also all the products l purchased were genuine items and didn't look like factory seconds or knock offs, so Lordguns prices are very competitive. Initially l was hesitant to purchase from Lordgun for the first time because l wasn't really familiar with them, but l am now very confident to buy from them as both of my transactions with them have been very smooth.

I was unsure about using a European supplier from Australia but in the end they were the only place for the product I was after. Would definitely use Lordgun again. Postage service was very rapid and well tracked. Pricing good. Great experience.

Postage delays did not instil confidence in my first purchase. Received now.

Products as advertised, delivered on time, would come back again for other products

A very disappointing first-up ordering experience. I purchased an item and waited over a week, only to get a notification to say the order had been cancelled because the supplier said the item was unavailable. I am annoyed by this, but understand that these things happen from time to time. What really irritates me though is that I was offered no option to wait for the item to be restocked and just had the order cancelled. I got my money back and can see that others have had much worse experiences, but it is pretty poor.

Lordgun seems to work on a model whereby they offer competitive prices by cutting down on their operational requirements, with lackadaisical systems that work OK 90% of the time and let the customer down the other 10%.

EDIT: I eventually got an apologetic email from Lordgun, who explained that they had no option but to cancel because they were provided with no restocking information. I followed up with an order for a similar item and the transaction went smoothly: reinforcing my impression that when it works it works well, but there is a reasonably good chance that it won’t (and that’s their business model).

Product was advertised as available, and delivery would be in a few days. That wasn’t the case. After I paid for it they advised they were sourcing it, which took a couple of weeks. Delivery then took a couple of weeks more. So instead of delivery in 4 days it was delivery in 34 days!

Okay pricing, but dishonest marketing.

Product never received – seller refused to cooperate with carrier, no refund

I ordered a pair of DMT cycling shoes from Lordgun (approx. $392 CAD). At the time of purchase, the shoes were advertised at a 40% discount, bringing the effective price to under $300 CAD on the Canadian version of the website.

I was traveling in Western Canada when the order was shipped (not when it was placed). Lordgun only shipped the item about two weeks after the purchase. During that time, UPS attempted delivery at my home.

At delivery, UPS requested $192 CAD in customs and duties. This amount was clearly inconsistent with the discounted purchase price and appears to be based on an incorrect declared value (full retail instead of the actual price paid). Because of this, my partner reasonably refused the package.

When I returned, I immediately contacted UPS. They informed me that the package had been marked as “abandoned” and that only the sender (Lordgun) could contact them to recover or return the parcel.

I provided all the details and tracking information to Lordgun. Initially, they confirmed they would refund me once the package was returned. However, they never took the necessary steps to contact UPS and initiate the return.

As a result:

* I never received the product
* The package was never returned because the sender did not act
* No refund has been issued

I escalated the issue with Rogers Bank (Mastercard), but the dispute was denied because UPS provided proof of shipment and attempted delivery—despite the fact that I never actually received the item.

This situation was entirely outside my control and could have been easily resolved if Lordgun had simply contacted the carrier, as required.

Additional concerns:

* Prices displayed in CAD, but charged in USD
* Incorrect customs declaration
* Lack of cooperation to resolve a straightforward issue

I am a long-time cycling customer. I purchase equipment regularly and my four children are involved in competitive cycling across multiple clubs. I am connected to a large cycling community and will be sharing this experience widely.

I strongly advise others not to order from Lordgun based on this experience.

I am also pursuing this matter with consumer protection authorities.

I am still requesting a full refund for a product I never received.

I've purchased many products from Lordgun and they've always arrived quickly and at very good prices.

The RSP slick grease is really good. It makes for a very smooth cloud soft ride after greasing the stanchions on my EUC.

Product was as described. Arrived from Italy to Australia in 1 week.

You send me an email to write a review. Impossible for me to do at the moment. I still haven’t received my package. It’s over a month now.

I was able to locate a hard to find crank set, and it was on special; my online experience was seamless, and it arrived promptly.
