I’ve sent every piece of ID they requested over a week ago and still haven’t had a response or access to my withdrawal. I have not broken any terms and conditions, yet my money is being withheld with no proper update or timeframe.

The lack of communication is unacceptable when it involves someone’s own money. Make sure you understand this could happen before you deposit with this site.

I will update this review accordingly if Lottoland resolves the issue.

I wish I could give them zero stars! I had £1,000 deposit and won £1,400 so had £2,400 on my account but suddenly they closed my account without telling me anything. I have emailed them several times but they didn't care answering me. Now been 9 weeks still holding my money. I have contacted IBAS and hope them to sort it out. Just stay away from this scammers!

They told IBAS that they have replied to my email on the 23rd of July and 27th of July and told them I never replied to them, absolute joke! They have never send me anything, liars! Scammers!!!

They emailed me because IBAS got in touch with them and told them firstly that they have emailed me before which they never did. Anyway they emailed me saying they need to verify me. I have verified my self last week on thursday but since them didn't heard anything again from them! They still holding my money and never answering since thursday.
