I put a bet on and it states on the bet if your team goes ahead by 2 goals it's an automatic win my team went ahead by 2 goals and it said settled by early payout and when it had finished they voided it and I got nothing so if your thinking about using this app don't bother you will be waisting your time and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Withdrawals take the piss compared to other sites quick to take the money though

The keep lying about withdraw times they told me I would have my withdrawal by Monday then Monday when I contacted them they cancelled it and resubmitted it saying I need to wait 2 days + 5 days for my bank to process it making empty promises don’t put a penny on this app you will not see it again I recommend Videoslots or mr vegas anything is better than this.

Excellent service, had an issue with an abandoned game , I e- mailed Lottoland and the communication was good from the beginning and it was dealt with promptly.

In Sweden we have bigger problems. If you win at Euromillions or SuperEnaLotto they want to pay out for 30 years!! In SuperEnaLotto you can get cash out but they dont want to tell you how much you get and how much they keep!! Its coming to you to.

Scam website. All games are set to 0% payout with no possibility of winning. Tried to contact customer services but always unavailable. Tried a vast amount of the games and no bonuses or gameplay given at all. AVOID

I have been with Lottoland a very long time never had an issue up until two weeks more a less when they asked my verification, I sent everything they require all up to date information and photo identification including my bank statements everything! All I have had for the 5 days or so is a different agent every time asking for extra id when they have had it several times! I’m in total shock and disgust with how i am been treated! Still not received my three withdrawals and i feel like you just don’t want to give me my withdrawals, if something isn’t resolved i will be reporting all this to the police, bank and gambling commission because it’s just not right treating genuine customers in this manner.

Update!! Finally recieved my withdrawals i won’t be saying thanks! it has left a bad taste in my mouth with all the on going hassle, Lottoland sort this out with your agents because it’s simply isn’t good enough! This should be straight forward if you have all up to date documentation and you shouldn’t have to get resolver and the gambling commission involved including the bank and almost the police if it went any further and for this reason i have deleted my account! Very bad platform in my opinion!

I have used Lottoland for years to place bets on foreign lotteries. They claimed that they aim to put you in the position you would have been in if you had won the underlying lottery. Brilliant concept. Love it.

HOWEVER THAT IS NO LONGER THE CASE !!!!

The jackpot prize in every lottery is now paid out over 10, 25 or 30 years and at a discounted rate, irrespective of how the actual lottery would have paid out. The discounting means that for the longer periods the vast majority of the prize will be paid out towards the end of the period. In some cases the actual prize you get would be worth only half of the advertised prize.
AMAZINGLY THIS IS NOT EXPLAINED IN THE FAQS and although they have put a little info bubble by each lotto on the lotto page it does not mention discounting !!!
THEY NEED TO BE HONEST AND CLEAR WITH USERS
