The company let me deposit £20, then they closed my account straight away due to me having a 2nd account, then they wouldn’t give me my £20 back, I asked them for my money back and they said no & they wonder why they have such bad reviews and are not keeping up with their competitors.

Worst site ever avoid at alɔ costs. Staff extremely incompetent. Fully verified account after using for 2 years, but still asking me to send documents such as bank statement despite using it for over 2 years.
Avoid at all costs they cant follow simple requests. Been over 4 days and stilɔ noy got my momey and they take several days to reply to emails in 2026. Just avoid as theres much better sites

One of the worst casino sites ever. Someone should seriously check if they are manipulating the RTP. I spent over £300 and didn’t get a single bonus on any game. No wins, nothing. Feels like a complete scam.

Where to begin. RTP on some slots are horrific. I get you cannot win all of the time but for example on lottoland I watered enough to see on sone slots 1000s of pounds worth of spins some with extra bonus chance +50% more per spin and ZERO bonus.
Was lucky to break even with them.
Made a sizeable withdrawal. Several days passed. No email no payment. Contacted customer services they said they need verification. I asked well why not inform the customer and it would have been done by now.
Chat help is a waste of time constantly loses connection. Email support states up to 14 days for a reply.
Provided proofs over chat and have screenshot to show their receipt. Then 11 hours later get a message YOU MUST DO THIS NOW OR WE WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT.
Well folks. Close it. Its shit. RTP is one of the worst I have come across and literally they are chewing funds for fun on some slots. And I challenge them to provide my bet history for several slots which drained 1000s and no bonus. Or worse still at a large stake getting 10x or under on a bonus.

Lottoland is one of the worst gambling sites. Over two years ago, I won £200. Since then, every time I play, I cannot win a penny. Their algorithm is utterly ridiculous and makes the games impossible to win. Their slots and games don't generate or trigger free spins. If they do, it takes over 1000 spins before any free spins are triggered. Very controlled. Do the gambling authorities check these UK online casinos to ensure that their algorithms are fairly adjusted? Every time I use these casinos, I record their games and slots. They seem to aim to take customers' money and do not allow customers to win.

Deposited a fair few hundred and been a gambler for 20 years. This site is 100 percent rigged. My friend (Avid gambler) and myself put a fair bit in just to prove how rigged it was and we recorded it. It was absolutely unbelievable. We managed to get the bonus after around £50 and it gave 0 lol. We know it can happen but you could tell this was switched off for wins.

Also ich verstehe viele der Bewertungen nicht. Das es mindestbeträge gibt bevor man auszahlen lassen kann, ist ja normal und auch, dass man zuerst Mal Ausweis und Bankkonto usw. nachweisen muss. Habe schon einige Male gewonnen und Auszahlung war immer ok. Klar, man verliert auch Mal aber im großen und ganzen bin ich übers Jahr wahrscheinlich sogar in einem kleinen Plus. Wer spielt weil er mehr Geld braucht sollte sowieso die Finger davon lassen. Wenn ich spiele ist das Geld für mich erstmal weg und wenn ich mir das nicht leisten kann, lasse ich es eben. Also ich kann über Lottoland nichts negatives sagen. Außer vielleicht, dass es manchmal Verbindungsprobleme zu manchen Spielen gibt aber ich schätze, dass das wahrscheinlich überall einmal so ist.

Emailed twice about two separate issues. One with changing my number on account and other about withdrawal. Withdrew £80 and was checking all day. Nothing.
