What they asked for:
Passport
Picture of me with passport
Utility bill
Bank statement with the deposit on
My card used to make the deposit.

I dunno with other banks, but mine creates 1 statement per month. They told me I couldn't get my withdrawl without it. That's not great when my statement isn't due for a few weeks.

I sent them my previous bank statement with all my details on, and a screenshot of my online banking showing my latest payments with account number and sort code - a full page. Not good enough and was told to wait a few weeks for the statement! They really want you to give in. I raised a complaint and was able to send something else.

They then said the account number on my card I sent an image of ending in 'xxxx' didn't match my deposit method with the account number ending 'xxxx'. Like? Really?

They then asked for a previous bank statement. I already sent this. They asked me to send it again as they deleted the previous copy.

We are now 28 emails in and they are still finding more things to request or saying why certain things can't be accepted.

I don't need your response. I'm posting to make others aware.

Feel free to come back with "We’re not able to discuss specific details here, but please contact us via email or Live Chat and our support team will be happy to review your case" yet live chat was useless, and so was email, where they cut and paste useless information and randomly start replying to me in German 😂😂 Absolute joke of a company.

Customer service was really good

Lottoland sportsbook is a site I would recommend there is room for improvement because they could cover more meetings than they do at present but otherwise I find it a good site. I would give zero if I could , they have literally taken my winnings, told me my card wouldn’t work to send the withdrawal too which is bollox coz it worked to make the deposit , I sent bank statement for manual payment which funnily enough I still haven’t got , I’ve ask for confirmation and had no response whatsoever , this is fraud and this company should be shut down, I’ve reported them to the gambling commission , the money has probably been sent to someone’s account that works that , disgusting behaviour, I strongly advise no one to use this app or website

Use to be very happy with Lottoland in fact remember saying on Trustpilot it was a good site. I play on 2 other sites from time to time. My game is Bonanza which use to provide a acceptable number of wins. But say in last 18 months or so its all different. Having not had a win for ages i tried same game on Skybet and had 3 bonus wins in just 15 minutes. Same game. Has there been some change at Lottoland ??????

I would give a zero as I reopen my account after 1 year now I remember why I closed it in the first place , games rarely bonus even after doing over 100s spins and when you do get the bonus its the worst wins iv ever had on any site, LOTTOLAND you need to sort out your RTP .
Update i finally got 600 win on double bubble, but took 3 hours lol, still a win but the bonuses I have had on all games so far have been very low, but I am fair. Just waiting to see if any issues with withdrawal.
