I always find you can tell more about a company the way they treat you when something goes wrong.

I placed an order with love and lace and it looks like they forgot to include an item. It happens, we’re all human just trying to make our way in life.

I contacted love and lace using the instant message option, I was greeted with a friendly automated response to say they’ll get to me as soon as they can and email me to let me know they’ve messaged back. I received this quickly and the lady I dealt with was so pleasant to deal with. She apologised immediately and said she’d post the missing item free of charge the next day. That’s exactly what happened.

I’ve ordered the remnants bags twice now and haven’t been disappointed. Customer service has been fab so far. Keep it up, would love to see this business go further, thanks!

Great products for bra making. Great prices and quick delivery. pdf pattern was excellent for fit.

Lovely pattern. I have been looking everywhere for a bra pattern that is suitable for a fuller bust. Not sewn one yet but reading through the instructions they look very clear and I like how the sizes are not nested.

Amending original review as the service was excellent. The item did not arrive in time for my holiday. This was due to postal strikes.Love and Lace promptly refunded my money without any quibbles.

Great customer service, the owner is really nice. I had to pay duties but that was kind of expected since it ships from UK. The bargain bags are good value for the money. Recommend.

As an 81 year old lady, needing stretch lace to sew inside the welt of a summer jumper (it had stretched when laundered) I wasn't impressed with the packaging - very pink, large lettering and very 'Love and Lace'. I dread to think what was going through the postman's head when he delivered it!

The lace was just right and gave wearability to the Barbour jumper.
