I Initially contacted the company to enquire if the goods I wanted were in stock. They advised they were so I ordered & paid for the goods. After a week or so I had not heard regards delivery so I contacted them again. I was then told the item wasn't in stock and they would have to order the item. I did get the goods eventually and they were delivered promptly once the item arrived in stock.
I was just annoyed with the delay as I only ordered the item as I was told it was available immediately .

Excellent service from this company. Any queries were answered immediately. Delivery within timescales. A feeling of a really personal service here, which is rare these days. Would recommend. Thank you.

Bought a bed from this company on ebay. I was advised that I would have to wait several weeks for the bed to arrive, but this was prior to them processing the payment. Got a call from the delivery company almost exectly to the date that I was informed the bed would be in stock. It was definitely worth the wait - the bed is beautiful and not something that I could have purchased elsewhere. Highly recommend this company based on the quality and efficiency.

Very nice piece of furniture. Delivered well wrapped and no damage. Solid article with lovely finish and drawers work well. Looks lovely in our new bedroom.

I ordered the lead Mayfair bed kingsize and I absolutely love it. I was so nervous about buying without seeing but Gina reassured me that if I didn’t like it I would be eligible for a refund which really put my mind at rest. I’m so pleased I decided to go for it!!! I ordered a mattress which had to be made for me, I was told it would take approximately 6 weeks, it was delivered today bang on time! Gina was extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone and I hope I can deal with them again. A brilliant company.

We had a large order of dining room furniture to be delivered to Northern Ireland. There were issues with Love Home Living's supplier and we were worried we would not get our table delievered on time for Christmas. Gina worked hard to make sure this wasn't the case and we were delighted with our purchases. Better late than never! We ordered the Bronte dining range in taupe which is absolutely stunning and nothing like what you get in NI furniture stores. The price was also rather competetive I felt given the excellenet quality of the products.
