Great customer service!
Unfortunately didn’t get to experience the booking due to serious illness within the group :(
It was short notice of cancellation, spoke to Joe and explained the situation, although they felt a refund was not due, they were so very thoughtful and due to the awful situation did indeed refund minus a small fee.
Very good customer service.

Easy to book tickets for Eureka Science…
Easy to book tickets for Eureka Science Museum on the Wirral and lovetovisit gave a large discount off the price which I could not find anywhere else. The day was very enjoyable for my 4 year old grandson and to not have to pay full price was an added bonus.

Very good.
I had a problem with my booking as there was no information on the website or on the tickets or the email of the meeting point so we ended up at the wrong meeting point I missed our tram for the illumination tour. Lovetovisit send me an email and gave me a full refund and also gave me a a voucher with some money on it. Will definitely book with them again as they are very good at communication and are really good at helping you with a situation.

I had an issue attending my booking (£75) and couldn't make it due to car breaking down. After some back and forth with L2V, they went above and beyond with resolving it. Great customer service to resolve it, especially in today's climate where days out ain't as cheap as they used to be. Thank you.

Hadn’t heard of Lovetovisit before…
Hadn’t heard of Lovetovisit before and was looking for a discount to visit Banham zoo with some friends. After finding the brilliant offer on Lovetovisit for the zoo I popped on trust pilot to check out the validity and then booked the zoo tickets through Lovetovisit. It was super easy when I got to the zoo, i just showed my barcodes to the lady on the checkout we were in for a much cheaper price! Would 100% use Lovetovisit again.

Best voucher site to use
Easy to use compared to other voucher sites and quicker with the emails. Prices are good, and good amount of discount codes too add.

Get to know your city
I discovered Lovetovisit by accident and have been really impressed with the site - I have discovered activities and places in Bristol I didn’t know about before at good prices it has been great for my young family - finding activities for school holidays. Also loving the £5 discount.
