Not sure how is lube mobile across the country but my experience was Terrible, wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Dodgy AS ! At least the ones in WA, Perth region. I was living in a small town there in the country side and found the car I wanted in Mandurah, a city far away from mine. I was in the process of moving houses, moving states and that's one of the reasons I needed that car. I don't have a lot of knowledge about cars and it was too far away for me, hence I hired lube mobile. This "mechanic" called Ryan went over to the car yard to do the inspection. Sent me video of the car running, said everything was ok. I Decided to trust them , after all I paid almost $300 for a simple car inspection. Next day I was there, just to pick it up as I believed the car was in good condition and I was in a rush. In the next days , I realised I had bought a partially broken car. I had to jump start the car every day as the battery was faulty and wouldn't charge. Left headlight, fans, ceiling lights, radio, receiver , battery, all faulty and not working. Fenders falling off like that car had been in a major accident but got redone. Parts had been welded back. Anyway, lots of issues. When I called this "mechanic" , he completely ignored me and never answered my calls and messages. After a while, I decided to call the company and told them about my case and that I was unhappy with the service and would like a refund at least. Only then this "mechanic" decided to reply to me. Told him about all the problems the car had. He insisted that these problems were not there when he did the inspection. So, when he did the inspection, everything was working well and one day later all these problems just suddenly appeared?! I told him I had to spend more than $1000 on the car to fix those issues and had all the receipts for them and could show/send them to him or lube mobile to get my refund. His excuse was that he trust his work and the company trusts him so those problems never really existed, but they had been there all the time. Asked for the refund, obviously I was ignored. Anyway, I had to trust some people to buy the right car for me and for my delicate situation and all I got was people screwing me over. First By coastal cars co. In Mandurah and then by lube mobile, who guaranteed to me the car was in good condition. Obviously it was not and it let me down on my trip, making me having to spend huge amounts of money with something I shouldn't have. I will never use this service again nowhere in Australia and wouldn't recommend to anyone as it just gave extra expenses and are definitely not reliable...

We used Lube Mobile to help us change our break pads and replace a tire. Half an hour into the service they claimed we needed our entire suspension replaced and that they were appalled that the previous mechanic (who had just performed an annual service) had missed this since it was so dangerous. He said it would cost around $2,500 and kept pushing me to go ahead with it saying they take after pay. I refused to go ahead as I wanted to get the previous mechanics opinion. We took it to them the next day and they said nothing was wrong with the car or suspension that would make it dangerous to drive and that nothing needed to be immediately fixed.

Just had my car fixed by Travis from Ingleburn/Campbelltown Lubemobile. First time. The man was reliable and efficient, and gave good care and attention to his work. Very good with communicating progress and details, and advising on potential problems. Would use again. Excellent!
I received excellent service on the telephone and was able to be served by Ian from the Canberra store who came to our house within 90 minutes and quickly diagnosed the car problem. repaired and had us on our way, which was amazing. I thought the call out fee was very reasonable and Ian was a pleasure to work with.
We just had Sidney out from Lube Mobile to get our car repaired for a trip to Melbourne. Our usual mechanic let us down at the last minute but Sidney was able to squeeze us in and worked very hard to get the work done before we went away. He explained everything to us and was very easy to deal with. He is very knowledgeable. Much appreciated
George(S35) from Lube mobile Qld Meadowbrook did a service for me at a retirement village.
He is polite and knowledgeable as well as on time.
The village was not a problem for him and did not hinder him from doing a professional during his time on the car. I know he is a professional as I am a retired A grade mechanic (QLD).
I would have given 5 stars if they included road side assistance in their services.
I was extremely happy with John in van Q13. He was very knowledgeable, punctual, communicated very well and made sure that I didn't get ripped off when I needed a part to fix my car air-conditioning. Thank you John. I will definitely use this service again.

NEVER GOT CALL BACK GOING COST ME $1000 TO FIX BEING ON DISABILITY WITH WALKER NO HELP GUY BROKE MY BOOT IT OPENED THEN HE PUT BOOT LOCK IN AND NOW IT DON'T OPEN SO FAR IT COST ME $500 FOR PARTS NOW TO GET FIXED GOING COST ME $580 SO AM FILLING A CONSUMER AFFAIRS COMPLAINT AS NOT HAD ANYTHING RESOLVED

Lube Mobile is definitely one of the best and fastest car services. Mr. Kin was the mechanic in charge of my car issues, specifically with the brake noise and lack of stability; honestly, it has been excellent service. I explained to Mr. Kin the matter, and he ran a diagnostic and addressed the problem on the same day. He even checks the fluids and is informed about the pads' life. I truly respect when people take their job seriously and help others understand clearly the parts that were fixed and why. In general, it is a friendly and kind experience. The fact that the services arrive at your home allows you to focus on other activities, and even better, the unit can be tracked while waiting for their arrival. I strongly recommend the services, but especially Mr. Kin, Unit 14, without hesitation.
I have used Lubemobile a few times to get my cars serviced never too impressed but this time it was next level unprofessionalism. The mechanic Lukas was extremely unprofessional. Did not inform what’s going to happen, took off everything, air filter, cabin filter, all 4 tyres. And then said I have to go and get the oil and filter and I was so shocked, you have a huge van that you drag all day and you don’t carry oil and filter. And from this point he started becoming super rude. He abused me in his native language, (deliberately talking to me in a European language that I don’t understand definitely means they weren’t good words).
From the start anyway he was on the tablet, don’t know what he was looking for. I can’t figure out how hard it is to get a standard service done. I contacted the manager that the whole point of using Lube Mobile was to save time, if he is going to block my car for hours what the point. I asked them to put my car back together and leave. NEVER EVER going to use Lube Mobile again.

Very happy Lube Mobile and the work from Joel W28, was very knowledgeable and found several issues with my car and addressed them on the same day.
Car feels a lot better to drive on the road afterwards.

Last week i had trouble with my car, the electric brake just would not release, i rang NRMA ROADSIDE, he said i would need a mobil mechanic- so i rang LUBE MOBIL
he tried to tell me that I needed new brake callipers and the total cost for it to be done at my residence , was $3500 ! When i told him , no thanks , he left and I rang NRMA roadside, again, another NRMA patrolman came out and he managed to release the brake. He then drove car down driveway and parked in front of house, we then organized a tow truck to my mechanic. After going over my car completely, He assured me that it was NOT the callipers, all that was needed was a new switch /button for the electric park brake . The car has been fixed now and i havent had any problems at all . Cost $600 , thanks to my mechanic .
Lube mobil is a scam, i think that the so called mechanic that came to me was thinking - oh a woman- she doesnt know anything - he even tried to get me to pay with Afterpay

Called Lube Mobile, and they came by the next morning to help determine that my car battery was dead. They were absolutely lovely—quick, professional, and very easy to deal with. They were able to replace the battery on the spot, which was a huge relief.
That said, the service was definitely on the more expensive side. It cost me $630 in total, which included the new battery, callout fee, and installation. Ideally, I would have expected to pay somewhere between $400–$450 for the same service.
Being heavily pregnant, I needed the issue fixed quickly and reliably, so I went ahead with the price knowing exactly what I was agreeing to. In the end, it wasn’t a terrible deal given the convenience and service quality.
I would recommend them for their professionalism and prompt response—just keep in mind that it may cost a bit more than expected.
Very satisfied with the services and work provided by Mohit to both of my vehicles. Will definitely be sticking with him in the future for any car troubles.
Waqa came out to take a look at my vehicle today and was punctual and honest about the situation. I was happy with the service that was provided. He was a knowledgeable mechanic which was reassuring.
Ok so contacted this Mob after seeing a van in my area to do an oil and filter service on my motorhome. . Guy says yes we can do in 2 hour (it was a Friday). We will drop by check the details of the filter then go buy it at our suppliers. I offered to go and get the parts but they refused. Around the time they were due I get a call from them saying sorry our suppliers do not have the oil nor the filter for your vehicle. So to be clear they said they had to confirm then the decide they knew exactly what was needed with out viewing. Totally wasted my day. Anyway gets another call saying they can do it 7.30 Monday morning . So where you getting the oil and filter if your suppliers do not have it.... Silence
told to keep their $400 oil and filter change will risk it myself
No need to understand what happened. I will tell you for free. Your company could not lie down with out getting caught. If this is the way you do business then you will need to absorb the criticism. Sorry but way way not acceptable

Not happy with the egr cleaning service on my mq triton By van m37
His compressor wasn't working to spary the chemical into the intake system.
Went in for five minutes and I came out and he packed his stuff in his van and told me it's done.
And charged me $380 for half an hour
Again do not use them.

Over priced on every aspect!!! Charged me $750 dollars for a $500 part... Charged me $250 for an hour and a half labor which was a 10 minute job (especially when it's stated that the first 15minutes of labour are free?!)... And $100 dollars to plug in their computer to identify the fault... $1300 later, the car might be fixed but I was ripped off to no end!!!
