so, erstmal was bestellt und nach 1 tag habe ich erstmal ein mail bekommen von dpd und die meinten dass die einen Wertnachweis brauchen damit das produkt verzollt werden kann. habe einfach ein screenshot vom bestell-bestätigung geschickt und die meinten dass alles gut sei. Laut dpd soll es am freitag ankommen. bestellt habe ich am 20.2.2023. mal gucken, ich will lucidtoys wirklich vertrauen. außerdem kommt das produkt aus england nach österreich. falls alles gut laufen sollte werde ich noch eine bestellung aufgeben
edit: alles ist perfekt. produkt sehr sehr qualitativ. kein geruch, nichts. perfekt. lieferung ganz genau 4 tage gebraucht. war mir nicht sicher wie die lieferung ausgehen würde wegen ein paar schlechte rezensionen die ich gelesen habe aber bei mir ist alles perfekt, ich empfehle lucidtoys an jeden weiter PERFEKT.

Habe mir Ende Dezember bei diesem Shop eine Doll bestellt. Leider war das der Beginn einer Odyssee. Laut Website sollte Sie auch innerhalb von 6 Arbeitstagen geliefert werden. Die Bestellung traf aber erst gut 5 Wochen später ein. Damit nicht genug, das Paket war beschädigt und der Lieferdienst hat es ohne weiteren Informationen einfach abgestellt. Ich war allerdings erstmal froh, dass es endlich da war. Beim der Überprüfung, stellte ich fest, das es mehrere Beschädigungen gab. Also direkt mit dem Kundenservice in Verbindung gesetzt. Dort hatte ich bis jetzt mehrere Gesprächspartner, wo aber einer nicht weis was der andere macht.
Das geht jetzt schon über einen Monat so. Für Fehler und Versäumnisse, die klar auf des Unternehmens zurückzuführen sind, wird mir jetzt die Schuld zugeschoben. Auch wurde immer wieder versucht die Sache im Sande verlaufen zuzulassen. Zuletzt bekam ich gar keine Rückmeldung mehr. Normalerweise erwartet man ein vertrauenswürdiges und seriöses Unternehmen. Dies ist hier definitiv nicht der Fall. Man sollte sehr vorsichtig sein, wenn man dort bestellt. Ich würde das Unternehmen keinem weiterempfehlen.

The selection of products is huge, providing lots of choice.
There is one minor detail, you must check and verify the specifications of the doll you choose. The specs on about 2% percent of dolls is not accurate, but considering the huge stock, this is an understandable small margin of human error.
I am very happy with my second Doll and it is worth the money.

Fantastic customer service. They understand that customers may have alot of questions prior to making a big purchase and were very friendly when dealing with my many questions before hand.

Doll arrived well packaged using DPD which is great as they give you an hour timeslot so you don't have to sit in all day.

Well first up the doll that I received was not the one advertised for sale. It had the wrong colour eyes. It had metal protruding out of one of the fingers which was dangerous plus it was also missing finger nails and eye lashes. Really slap dash quality for nearly £800.
I emailed them asking for a simple reimbursement and they just sent me round the block. Didn't listen and replyed with gobbly goych which was I think vaguely written in English. I gave them a chance to rectify the situ but they decided to be awkward so I got fed up and just asked for a refund. I sent them all photos as requested and they email back saying I am not entitled to a refund because according to them its clearly been used.... Load of rubbish. Took nearly £800 of me.

Please go elsewhere and buy

Choosing your doll is a significant investment and even though the website is clear, there are always more questions. I am pleased to say that the support given by email was second to none, with additional photo’s and questions answered. The Doll is fantastic and I collected mine from the warehouse where the staff were friendly and professional. I have been collecting dolls for several years and in the past have usually placed an order and then had the long wait for the doll to be made and then shipped to the UK. So placing an order with Lucid toys last week was a departure for me but their prices are very competitive and of course the big attraction is that they have UK based stock. As it happened they had a nice Neodoll Racy Yumiko in stock which is made by Irontech and so I took the plunge and placed my order. The whole process was simple and I received emails to confirm the initial order and then the shipping. My doll arrived about 48hrs later and was well packed with no obvious damage to the box or the contents. Now I do have a lot of dolls so am used to receiving them with the odd bit of transit damage but I was pleased to find that my new gal was absolutely fine with no obvious issues. As this was my first Irontech doll I wasn't sure what to expect as I'm more familiar with another brand but based on this doll I will definitely consider them again. The tpe feels good and is not overly tacky and the skeleton has just the right amount of tension. The Irontech 154 body is nicely balanced and so makes for the perfect photo model at just 34kg (with head) and is easy to move and pose.
Overall I have to say that this was a very positive experience and will definitely look to Lucidtoys again if and when I get the itch to add another doll to my collection!

I used an item and it broke on first use within 7 days. PLEASE KNOW THAT WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT OFFER AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR FAULTY ITEMS.! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST SEX TOY COMPANY ON THE INTERNET!!

In process of taking them to court. I got a full size doll which was ti be brief rotten with corrosion. Has been inspected and salt contamination most likely from shipping and item exposed. Since porous it absorbs. You get idea a big sponge of salt and water. Items spine sheered taking out and injured partner. Nothing but insults from company. EBay don’t give money back guarantee for sex toys ( even if an enormous box arrives ) total bs. So I’m process of going to court. Lawyer loves it. No one guy balls to go whole hog and court because if type of item. I do t give a jot and only too happy to go. So here’s the review. It’s one hell of an expensive item you could be stuck with and to get resolve best you got balls to go court.
It’s a shame as it found if been resolved amicably and quick instead of this whereas no one will come away happy. But hey I’m not going to be the one with the ccj and a PR spanking that will I’m pretty sure at dvd if day be a shed load more than if they had done the decent

Hi also ich muss sagen das ich prinzipiell eher vorsichtig bin mit derartigen UK Bestellungen aber die von lucid haben ein Lager hier in Hamburg.
Es wird nur aus Deutschland versendet daher war der DPD Typ sehr schnell da ( 3 Tage nach Bestellung) und dass allein ist der knaller.
Man bekommt dpd tracking.
Also echt ich bin mega überrascht und geb Empfehlung für diesen Onlineshop.

Ich habe meine Puppe nach den Angebots-Bildern von Lucidtoys ausgewählt, bestellt und gekauft. Was ich dann geliefert bekommen habe, hat bis auf den Kopf, nichts mit der auf den Bildern vorgestellten Puppe zu tun. Der Puppenkörper ist ein völlig anderer und eher unförmig. Die Qualität ist gut, aber nicht das Produkt, welches ich anhand der Bilder bestellt habe.
Wirklich enttäuschend, vorallem für den nicht unerheblichen Preis

I have been dealing with Lucid for a couple years now. I have bought a few heads and bodies from them. Visited their warehouse 3 times to date (I really should pinch a tent outside haha). Every transaction with them has been brilliant. Each purchase arrived (or when collected) was as shown on the website. Chat with them via their online chat or send emails with questions, photos, etc and they are super helpful. If anyone was to ask where to get a doll from, I will point them in the direction of Lucid. There are some bad reviews scattered about, but take it from me, who has used them multiple times, you will get a good service with them. Their aftersales is great too.

I just wanted to reassure anyone who, like I was, is wary of spending so much money on a doll and getting ripped off with a piece of tat. You've got nothing to worry about with this company. I ordered "Donna" and she arrived very quickly and discretely and just as described. Of course having sex on tap is great and the sex is almost as good as the real thing (sometimes it's actually better!) but as weird as it might sound I actually find her company too. In the evening I'll have her sat next to me on the sofa watching TV and just stroking her leg or holding her hand feels so realistic. She's in bed with me every night and always there to cuddle up to. I should have bought her months ago instead of trying to keep a dead relationship going. I'd have no hesitation in recommending one of these dolls.
