I know it probably isn't Lucky saints fault but I ordered well before the Christmas cut off and still havent received my order which is a bit annoying as it was for Christmas I know the product will be worth it just a bit disappointed my delivery hasn't arrived for my Christmas day drink 😢

Less beers than I paid for
I ordered 24 cans, mixed lager and IPA.
I only received 17 cans and all were dented. Only 6 were IPA.
I have not had a response from the contact form on the website.

Amazing service and easy to contact. Truly trustful business
Amazing service, could not do enough to help.
I ordered 40 bottles for before Christmas and a pint glass to drink them in.
When they arrived, the box was completely destroyed. It seemed like the courier DHL had bashed it about and the bottles were not cracked but just thrown in a box.
I emailed the customer services team, and Robin could not have been more helpful. He offered an apology, explained what he thought must have happened and quickly sent out another order which was properly packed/wonderfully presented.
Very impressed, means a lot when a company actually rectifies an issue quickly.
Not sure how others have possibly encountered simply not receiving their items, customer services for me were fantastic.
Would definately recommend and buy again.

Terrible delivery
Its a 1 star review because my parcel hasn’t arrived and the parcel has been damaged in transit by Evri. So i’m still waiting for a response from Lucky Saint to send a replacement. I’m really frustrated by this, particularly because I wanted to enjoy this beer over Christmas.
