I should have read the reviews!
I had problems with the entire set (1 straight, 1 curly) where the lace wouldn't sit flat against my head (like a competitor brand i've worn for years). The hair piece was so rigid, so at the back of my head you could see the bumps (have very fine, thin hair). Tried to contact twice by completing the form and no surprise there has been no response! Ended up going back to my old brand. Gutted I wasted the money.

I agree with the reviews. They have awful customer service. They sent the wrong color. You cannot call them. You can only go back and forth with countless emails over weeks to try to get a replacement. When you send it back you do have to pay for postage. Then I waited and expected to receive a replacement in the mail because I put all of the information in the box. When I didn't receive any response in 3 weeks I reached out to them. They asked for my tracking number and my receipt. By this time I no longer had it. So I'm screwed. What a waste of time. Just order on Amazon from another seller.

I should have read the reviews! They say they have free returns & exchanges. They do not! They expect you to pay for all returns and mistakes. Even when it is their mistake. They say they will color match you. However, instead they will send you something in a color that you could never ever wear that is no where near the color of the picture you sent. Intentionally! I sent them an email over a week ago & still waiting for a response as to why they sent what they did knowing it would not work after I already paid once to return & ship the first set back to them that did not work. This type of business is unacceptable!

Sent me wrong hair paid 26$ to get a credit NOT my money back which I've asked for multiple times
I've been trying to contact them. They do not respond. I've sent back my package because they sent me the wrong hair colour and I had to pay 26$ to just get a credit. You will not receive your money back from them. No matter what it says on wei. I can't speak about the actual hair as I didn't open the package. I have a bad feeling they're not going to give me anything. It's so expensive for fake hair. Go get yourself some real hair clip ins for the same amount of money. I wish I read the reviews before buying. It's funny how you can't leave a review on their website though!? Shady. I'll update you and see if I actually get what is promised. Extremely frustrated with this company at the moment.

They sent me the wrong product and want ME to pay for shipping it back to exchange it. This is not only wrong to ask from a customer when the company is at fault and then they need to “accept” the return and have you wait to ship the (hopefully) right product you ordered in the first place.

DO NOT BUY
Complete waste of money. After a couple used both my hair extensions started matting and went from silky hair to frizzy and dry. I had to go to hairdressers and get them thinned out and shaped to look more natural but that didn’t help they are awful quality. Looks very unnatural and the texture is horrible

I'd give zero. The quality is less than barbie hair. And the customer services is rude and will order you the wrong hair in the wrong color when trying to do a return. Today I received my package again and I am completely disappointed....

Be aware of this company Order 137926
I have ordered Lula Small Bun x 2 Brownish grey about a month ago. This week I have received Big Bun x2 in light brown/blond.
I have contacted them to send me a return label I sent me what I have ordered.
They are using all the tricks to avoid following the proper procedure.
I have my order very well documented and advise everyone one to do so before you place the order and all the emails they send you while you waiting for the order 137926

Treats Their Customers Like Garbage
I’m absolutely shocked by the way Lula Hair treats their customers.
First of all, the website falsely advertises guaranteed colour matching but the company does not help with colour matching and makes customers pay for exchanges. So if you order a colour that doesn’t match, you’re completely out of luck.
Not only can you not exchange it, but they also refuse to accept returns. You can’t just return the product.
As a gesture of goodwill, they offered me a 20% return (so only 20% of my money back!)
I’m going to be reporting them for false advertising on colour matching but will also never be shopping from them ever again.
It’s really very appalling treatment

Faster shipping??
I purchased two days ago and paid for premium faster shipping and there have been no updates on my order. I have contacted customer service and received nothing. Am I going to get my product? And what was the point paying for faster shipping?

WARNING! The hairpieces DO NOT colour as advertised.
The product itself is great IF, and only IF, the colour match is right.
I sent in a photo and was advised on the colour I should choose. It was a little bit lighter than my own hair when it arrived but I didn’t worry too much as I thought I could colour it.
I finally got around to colouring it (a month after purchasing it) and the colour will not take.
These extensions DO NOT COLOUR despite the website FAQ’s saying they do.
I work in a hairdressers so it was professionally done.
I contacted customer services asking if I could exchange the one hairpiece I hadn’t tried to colour (I bought two) but was told I couldn’t as it was after 14 days since I’d purchased it.
This is super unfair seeing as
A). I took advice from the company on the colour choice
B). It’s advertised as being suitable for colouring up to two shades darker
C). My hairpiece still had the tag attached and hadn’t been used.
I wasn’t even asking to swap the one I’d coloured.
Customer service didn’t really care.

Excellent customer service. Allowed me to exchange my product when the colour wasn't quite right. Very satisfied with my purchase
Lula never there when a business needs them the most
I received your mail whereby you declined my withdrawal, We have had a colossal bad run over the last 90 days, the storms have brought severe weather conditions, damaged our roof and caused severe flooding at both our warehouses. Business has also been stagnant due to clients not even pitching to collect repaired vehicles. Even our parts sale was stagnant due to the severe weather. During all this mayhem we still made sure our premiums went off for Lula.
It's during times like this that we thought Lula would back us financially, but now we find that Lula only helps individuals when business is good, forgetting that businesses also have bad periods like we have now due to storms producing flooding and poor weather.
so basically Lula is only funding companies that have good times and never have a month or two bad months. every premium has gone off without return. Philippi Motors has had good months previously and its strange Lula has never looked at past business relations. I have tried calling Heidi Alson several times but in vain.
I have business pages on social media with a huge populous of Landover clients, people must me forewarned about Lula's unethical business behavior
I will continue to make sure my financial obligation to pay the Lula premium is met timeously.
