Lula Avis 

OK. I have struggled finding hair extensions that match my natural red hair. They’re always fake looking or too red or just not a natural red Color so I was pretty skeptical when I went on a whim to purchase Lula extensions. When I opened the package, I was shocked. I put it up to my hair and it was an EXACT match. Excitedly, I put them on my hair and it was pretty easy to apply to my hair. It matched so well that at one point, I was trying to grab my own hair, but was having a hard time differentiating my hair from the extension hair. I surprised my boyfriend and he was amazed and said he loved how long they made my hair look. He then kept saying I was super pretty afterwards throughout the day. I wanted to put this review because as a natural redhead I think that other redheads should know that Lula actually has natural looking red hair extensions. My hair is what I would say a copper red, but I ordered the light auburn Since copper red tends to be not the right color when I order extensions. Best extension experience ever!

I didn’t open the package, and I didn’t even open the mail that contained the package. Yet, I can’t get a refund for sanity reasons. Ridiculous.

These people are crooks. The quality of their product is so cheap . And when I asked to return they said they only give store credit or exchange. Their return policy says they accept returns which makes you think you can return, but oh no , they mean exchange or store credit . Not return for a refund. They are very dishonest and trick clients. Be careful buying from them cause their product is so cheap and looks fake. And they don’t give refunds .
I see a reply today below from them saying they refunded my order which is a lie! And proves how deceiving they are! No they did not refund my order! They gave me 20% off! I don’t know how this is called refund an order!

I love my extensions. It really is shocking how you can’t tell I have them in. Somehow the color match with my blonde highlights blends perfectly! I bought some spray for extensions off Amazon and it keeps them moisturized and looking great. Would definitely recommend this company.

I never received my first product, so I called, customer service was aeesome! They said they would send another product out right away!
But I still haven’t received! 🙄
Truthfully, I would like my order stopped and a refund!

Wonderful color, that matches my natural hair color perfectly. Moreover, I like the various styles of Lula hair extensions (ponytails, wavy, straight...). Thanks for your customer support, that is always more than kind and helpful!

I can honestly say I have never received so many compliments about my hair and I feel so much more confident. They are so easy to put in & feel really secure.
I am planning to get some more with different lengths and at this price you can afford to experiment.
They are such great value for money and look totally authentic!

Purchased for my wedding and the halo to use to practice with it for my friends wedding. The hair would not curl, it was difficult to work with and we ended up just taking it out and going without it which was super disappointing. After the wedding I went to see if I could do a return and you have to return within 14 days and can’t get your money back because they are a small business. I would not recommend getting the halo hair extensions from Lula. Spend the extra money and get something nicer

I ordered a fringe piece on 11 May 2024. I received confirmation of postage with DHL. And then crickets. No parcel, I've emailed numerous times, a couple of times they replied with "we'll look into it". Now I've sent countless emails requesting a refund. Terrible company to deal with. 2 months have passed. This is really poor service.

Would not recommend anyone to order from here, had a colour match and the hair came back completely different to how it shows on the website, I understand the hair is synthetic but it's awful, the hair that is supposed to be "curly" is rats tails. No other colour is going to match my hair, the product hasnt even been opened yet. States on the website free returns yet in the policy it states customers have to cover the return, and lula only give store credit, so not only will i have 60 odd pound store credit to a store that doesn't even do my hair colour that will probably sell on as it hasn't been opened but i also have to pay to send the item back although the website states free returns, absolute joke. Offered a 20% refund, I'd rather take that and take a loss than wear this awful quality hair.

This company doesn't issue refunds, only store credit---grrrr!

When i received my item i initially thought they sent the wrong product as the colour was way darker than shown on the website. I reached out to customer service (whole conversation took place over about a week) who ultimately got back to me and said i had indeed received the correct product and would not be able to refund me, despite the items never been worn.

They offered the colour match service which wouldn't have solved my issue as they clearly didn't have a colour suitable if "brightest ginger" was essentially a dark auburn.

All in all feels a bit like a risk unless you have virgin hair or a very generic blonde/brown colour and I don't feel their product photography was a true reflection of the product colour.

So far I have had nothing but a good experience with Lula. I’ve had to exchange a few items for not being the right colour match but we always eventually get there. They really do make bad mom hair days Look a lot better!

I just got the hair I ordered. The color is great and the price was right for two halo hair extension pieces! The problem I have is that they are so big for my head and I can't figure out how to adjust them. I have a halo from another company and it was pretty self explanatory how to adjust it, plus there are videos for that company everywhere to show you. I can't find anything anywhere to help me adjust the ones from Lula. Please tell me if and how I can make this fit my head. Thank you

I really appreciated the help I received from Lula Hair, to match my colour to as close as possible. They did an awesome job and asked for more pictures to make sure they were accurate. Thank you for your help as I was a fish out of water trying to do it myself.

Great customer service part of my halo broke and they replaced both free of cost

Quick & throughouh response! I felt Jesalyn took the time to process the photos I sent as best she could. After doing a litle more research, I decided against following her suggestion but that doesn't negate the fact I think her suggestion was correct based off, again, the photos I sent. Overall great experience!
