Rachel was amazing!
Rachel was amazing with our application!
As a first time buyer, it was important to me to have the support I needed.
She was happy to sit down and go through documents with me, ensuring that I understood everything before anything was set in stone.
She was happy to answer all of my many questions and did so swiftly. She kept me informed throughout the process and updated me as often as possible.
We were in no rush for completion, but with Rachel's help and pro-activity, the entire process was stress free and only took a couple of months!

Firmitas were really helpful
Firmitas were really helpful, very efficient, and communications were excellent. Any issues were quickly resolved and support in dealing with the legal firm was great. I can highly recommend them, especially Hayley Tutton and Molly Blacklidge - thank you ladies!

Great service provided *****
Matt and Molly from Firmitas dealt with my recent re mortgage. The process was so smooth and I was kept up to date with the progress every step of the way.
All available options were looked at and the details of each were provided to enable an informed decision was able to be made.
Both applied a professional but friendly approach.

Thanks to Hayley and Firmitas
Hayley who dealt as broker for my mortgage was absolutely fantastic.
We had constant issues from law firm arranging mortgage etc but Hayley kept me up to date with everything and dealt with issues very quickly.
She was an absolute star and I highly recommend Firmitas and Hayley.
