Wouldn't book again
The work that must go into planning the drone sequences to make the show must be immense, but I paid for the tickets over 6 months in advance, then a fee for parking was only announced a couple of weeks before the show and went into my spam and by the time I realised, parking was full. We had to park a way away and walk to the venue. We went with the idea of avoiding the fair rides and overpriced food and arrived with a while before the show according to the schedule, but it started as we arrived. The sound was awful so we couldn't hear the narration. It was over really fast and felt pretty underwhelming all in all. The actual drone work is very clever but I didn't feel it was well set up with the sound, or expecting people to stand for the show.
This company is a complete disgrace
This company is a complete disgrace, they promise everything and all you get is disappointment from the start I paid extra for VIP as I'm disabled and cannot stand up for long periods of time or walk very far. We had to queue for VIP paid parking. Then queue with everyone else, as for VIP no queues it's all wrong. How they are misleading everyone advertising promises VIP front row and it's just a muddy fenced off pen. Our dog was upto his elbows in mud. Our disappointed grandchildren expecting to see Santa in his grotto and what a surprise no Santa and no grotto. Us expecting Christmas market stalls, not one in sight. Just over priced food vendors £10 for a burger in a bun or a pulled pork wrap which had 2 Small strips of pork. Complete disgrace. The drone shows was a shambles their was on show as the drones kept dropping out of the sky. We walked out. I sent an email on 30th November and still not received any response only an automated response to say no one is going to be getting a refund. I think it's false advertising and promises, the company has no intention of following through. They should get shut down for the audacity. It was on maridian new on the 29th November evening news and all over social media, they've admitted publicly it was rubbish but again no reply or refund disgraceful.

Booked tickets to the show in Kent for it to get rescheduled because of the weather. It was rescheduled for a school night and not the same pre show and after show which the kids wouldn’t have been interested in, we wasn’t able to attend as my partner went away for work and all the other shows they have said we can go to are miles away. I have a child with autism so long journeys are just a no go and I’ve emailed so many times to ask about a refund or something and have had zero response so I am not over £100 out of pocket, would not recommend and will never be booking again!!!

Absolutly awful
First show booked, had email to say it had been cancelled as bath council had refused to let it go ahead...thought that was abit odd but we got tickets to an alternative show. That show was cancelled within days of the event...no reasons given. I asked for a refund to which they said no as the tickets were given for 'free'. We then agreed a refund because although alternative was 'free' it was because our first was cancelled. I am yet to actully recieve this refund...have emailed multiple times with no response. Yet i have had my £7 parking ticket refunded. I am now 2 shows cancelled and £130 out of pocket!!!! With zero customer service, do not risk booking with these! I am not the only one this has happened too!

Amazing drone show - HOWEVER ……..
The drone show was absolutely AMAZING! Would give that bit 5***** the story was lovely and the way it was done was stunning!
However the tickets were overpriced for what we got. There was fire breathing at the start I think. Unless you’re on the front row you couldn’t actually see anything and with approx 10000 people that wasn’t easy! Another light show at the end which you could see as most people had left! However both the fire breathing and light show were very boring and repetitive.
Food- queues were very very long and very expensive - too long in fact. Luckily the drone show was in the sky so you could still see it whilst waiting in line!!!
Finally the car park - after paying over £80 for 4 tickets. I was still expected to pay another £15 to park at the venue. The venue is usually free parking when I’ve used it for other events. Seems very greedy!
Disappointing
Actual show ok but been spoiled previously by superior displays, was aimed at younger children.
Extremely overpriced food, £15 for a sad little burger in a thin bun and a few chips. Rides expensive, captive audience being fleeced to the absolute max.
Parking was a nightmare, disorganised free for all trying to leave afterwards. Marshalls were useless, it took us over and hour to get from our parking spot to the exit.
Had been thinking about booking the Xmas show but no chance after this experience. Would not go again.
Do not recommend at all
Do not recommend at all. Went to the Chelmsford event in Oct 2025 and it was far too busy, parking a shambles, getting out was a nightmare for everyone. They were confiscating food from people at the gates. Whole family picnics not allowed in. Nowhere to sit and extensive queues for food trucks. All the food was extorionately priced. The drone show was very short and only mediocre, couldn't hear any of the narration or music and the light show afterwards could only be seen by the first few rows. The fairground games and rides were also extortionate. Considering this was pitched as a family event, it was awful. I spent over £200 for this including entry for 4, parking and minimum food purchases. No value for money at all.

Safari drone show Chelmsford
We attended the safari show in chelmsford. Show wasn’t to bad although only 20mins. The fire eating performers could not be seen unless you were right at the front by the deafening speakers. The food was extortionate. It took us 2.5hrs to get out of the car park. No lighting on leaving, many people who couldn’t find their cars and when asking for assistance were told good luck! Never attending again
Parking was the main problem
Parking was the main problem. Took ages to get on and off the site. Plans need to be revised for any future events.
As this was a family event the food stalls were quite expensive which put it out of reach for some people.
Although we enjoyed the drone show we were expecting more of them. The people on the ground were too low for anyone to be able to see them
Drones good....rest awful
The drones were very good but let down by the overall event organisation. Parking was a nightmare...no zoning, signs or help when leaving. Cars were trapped which led to frustration and anger..my grandson was almost run over by angry driver. Took us over an hour to find car. Toilets could not cope and ran out of paper early on...no attendant to replace it. Food was over priced with horrendous queues. Would never go again.

Really expensive for what it was and entering/exiting car park was a shambles took almost an hour! Actual show was entertaining but didn’t last that long. Doubt we will go again which is a shame
Show feedback
So the feedback is you need to work on the actual performance itself so the story didn’t really flow obviously you were trying to use the concert of game not a different animals into it but work on the actual script and delivery of the drone show the set up was very good The queue times for food was ridiculously long not taking over an hour so either more food options to buy that take this is positive feedback what you’re trying to create is really fun and enjoyable for us.
The show was cancelled in Bath and this…
The show was cancelled in Bath and this is the worst company to get hold of, would not recommend and my family and friends will certainly not be attending any events ran by this company … stay away

Expensive and over-hyped in the way it was advertised. More time spent sitting in traffic in a very, very long queue to get into the grounds, then more excessive queuing to get food and hot drinks. And that was with myself and my partner joining separate queues for food and drink! So long, in fact, that we both had very solitary experiences watching the drone show in our different queues! The actual drone show was amazing but very short and we couldn’t hear the narration that accompanied the show - standing towards the back. The laser show was rubbish. Finding our car at the end of the night was difficult as there were no clearly marked zones.

Hylands
Hylands, Chelmsford in October..Complete let down, bought tickets for my family hoping for a lovely family evening. Hit with in expected parking fee, Took hours just to get into the venue, which should have taken 40mins. Just made it in as they started, couldn’t hear the narration and lights were repeated a lot, which probably would have made sense if we could have heard the story behind them. Food expensive and queues were long. Spent more time in the car for than we did at the venue, Not a great night and definitely won’t be booking another !!!
Good but room for improvement
The space safari show itself at Hylands was amazing! The use of drones to create a colourful story with narration was cleverly done. However, the show was very short ( 30 mins) which was disappointing and there wasn't much pre entertainment. If this was improved for any future shows at Hylands then it would make a decent night out. What I would urge the organisers to do though is actually deal with the exiting of cars!! It was utterly horrendous trying to leave the event, with no staff anywhere to traffic control. Those that had manners driving did the one in, one pass but others just forced their way in. Most lighting was gone in the parking area ( fields) so it made the drive home stressful. I'd consider parking in Writtle and walk through!
Chelmsford Light Safari
Went to the Chelmsford Light Safari.
Good points:
The light show was good, something ive not been to before.
Bad points:
Food vendors charged a fortune.
Rides charged a fortune.
The queues everywhere were ridiculous, took us 45 minutes to get into the park alone and that was nearly 2 hours before it was due to start. Some random guy took a photo of my number plate and told me I hadnt paid for parking despite having a qr code I showed him.
We couldnt hear the story when the show was going on due to the amount of people.
The light show at the end may as well not happened because unless you was front row you didnt see a thing.
Was told no chairs could be brought in yet loads had chairs and picnic blankets
The toilets were disgusting. Hated they took away your own drinks because water alone was £3.50!
Not sure we would go back given how much it cost us in total!!

The drone show itself was really quite good but the venue was awful. I think the venues you’re choosing are just out to make a tidy sum. Parking, the fair rides are just dreadful and the food stands set up should be shut down. I thought the whole thing was set up for kids and families, it’s just a scam to rip
off genuine people trying to show their kids a good time.
I honestly think if the drone show was in a field, without all the crappy events people, the reviews would be so much better. Listen to the customers, otherwise no one will come.

The actual drone show was great
The actual drone show was great. Unfortunately the organisation of leaving the venue was awful. Not being able to take food or drink in and the extremely expensive food/drink made the event very expensive and quite in family friendly. The exhibits before and after were extremely poor.
Rip off
Booked in februaey for space safari and paid nearly £60 for two adults and a child. They then waited until two weeks before the show to charge £15 for parking! Rip off. Didnt bother going in the end because of a house move, so £75 entirely wasted. Reading these reviews, I think we would have been ripped off even more as a 5 year old would definitely need feeding. Shame on you greedy people exploiting people so thoroughly for a 30 minute experience
