Website stated an alarm clock with simulated sunrise. Received item did not have that function. It took Customer Service 4 days to confirm it didn't and that they do not actually sell a clock with that function. Asked for refund and was sent instruction to return the item to manufacturer in China by a given method. Method cost £5 more than what I'd spent on the item. All UK/EU protections are useless as they are HK/China based. Website even says no cost refund, but drill down and it says purchaser picks up return postage cost. Eventually negotiated a 30% refund and keep the clock, So I now have a £10 clock I paid £20 for!!

Worse company they sell you broken items and dont refund your money, or even answer your emails

Scam site. I ordered an 8tb ssd which was completely useless when it arrived. Fortunately I managed to get my bank to arrange a refund, as supportatluminqo.com completely ignored the email I sent them. With hindsight I realise they're offer was too good to be true.

Easy ordering. Product arrived as described and on time.

Small desk lamp fits well on my workspace and works as expected, though it's nothing fancy.

Still not received goods. Well outwith the stated delivery parameters. No engagement, no apology. Have now been waiting 4 weeks.

The lighting is practical with a bit of style, works well for daily use but does not particularly stand out.

Motion lights are trendy in the bathroom, no need to turn switches on in the dark

Installing the ceiling lights was simpler than I thought, but the final look is bit casual.

I ordered an 8TB external hard drive. It's a scam. The hard drive doesn't work at all. It's a common scam apparently.

I liked the design of the lighting piece I ordered. It feels a bit different from typical options and looks nice on a side table, though it’s more subtle than striking.

The galaxy projector is a hit for movie nights, creates such a relaxing atmosphere.

I bought a decorative lamp for my bedroom and it honestly changed the whole mood of the room. The light is soft but still bright enough to use in the evenings.

The lamps create a warm and welcoming vibe, though the effect is subtle rather than striking.

Do NOT order from them! We tracked our order to the US and then the tracking site deleted days worth of information making it look like the order is still in HK.Someone is good and responding to email and asking for patience. We have repeatedly asked for a refund (within their posted 30 day policy) and been denied. They insist the order is in transit but refuse any proof. We even fell for purchasing the shipping insurance.

A search of their posted address and warehouse address clearly shows there is no such company.

Please stay clear of this company.
I have never felt the need to report a company on this way before but Luminqo have been so bad I feel I need to warn everyone about doing business with them.
I ordered a heated gilet for Christmas, then company didn’t process this for 16 days despite publicising in their website they would do this within 2 days. Their mistake resulted in the item not arriving in time for Christmas. On top of this the item is defective.
I have contacted them numerous times and they keep saying that I have to pay for the return even though it is faulty. I have looked into my consumer rights and the EU consumer directive states that with faulty items the seller is responsible for shipping fees despite what their policy states.
All this information has been emailed to the company and they are still saying that I have to pay to return the item.
I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities.
Please be aware that you should not purchase anything for. This company

Purchased heated sports gloves which arrived 27/12/25. Daughter used them once on 7/1/26 for football training which involves NO hands just running around kicking a ball. Charging wire snapped off halfway through. These are not fit for sports purpose as advertised. I contacted support who advised 7 day period over so won’t replace or refund. Do not buy, they are expensive and not fit for purpose !
