I wished to return an unsatisfactory item I had ordered and, following their procedure, I emailed them but I have heard absolutely nothing from them and I shall certainly never order anything else from them. An awful company!

Received a Chainsaw Sharpening Tool which is shoddy and ineffectual. A lengthy wait and then disappointment. A complete piece of JUNK

Not worth the money - don’t buy them. Half the size as in the video, cheap felt material. I have needed to cleaning sprays, no good on without them.

Shocking advertising. Came without the bucket, doesn’t rinse as there is no Velcro to hold the pad. Should be sold for parts not as a product. Waste of time and money

Bought some “magnificent” cleaning cloths in good faith the ad showed a pile of fluffy/bulky looking cloths. What I received was very different! Tried to contact Lumio (as their “advert” said “no hassle returns - refunds - within 90 days” I asked to return/refund for substandard goods - they just didn’t reply. Sent request again (twice) still haven’t heard from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are liars and scammers.

A company to steer well clear of. Just read the reviews. No customs service when things go wrong. And they did.

Can’t believe I let myself be hooked in to buying the ‘microfibre’ cloth without checking out the Trustpilot reviews. Absolutely useless product but not sure it’s worth the effort of trying to get a refund! AVOID!

Although they keep advertising please don’t be pulled in, still not received my order, emailed three times no reply. Not sure how these companies get away with treating people these way?

Bought 20 magic streak free cloths from lumio, turned out to be half the size shown in advert and was made of cheap felt which left streaks on everything, won’t be buying from them ever again.

I bought the pack of 20 Lumio glass cleaning microfibre cloths and received small black felt cloths that are hard and scratchy! It doesn't clean at all!! I'm so disappointed!!!
The video looked so good. They are see through thin felt and not microfiber at all. Scam!

Bought a self contained solar fountain on offer for half price at £14.90 including delivery. Their advertising gave the impression that this item was manufactured in the UK and of a premium quality to the similar items offered by companies bought from overseas. I purchased the item and tracked its delivery which was from China. Rather confusing since I was led to believe ( through their advertising) that the item was manufactured in the UK. What arrived in a battered and appeared to be a re-used brown box (unlike the white and blue box with Lumio’s company name printed on it as seen in the advertisement) was a cheap plastic non-workable item with Instructions on how to construct written in broken English. I purchased exactly the same item from Temu for £4.77, arriving in a similar brown box and enclosing exactly the same written sheet of instructions and this self contained solar panel worked for approximately two weeks but then failed miserably hence why I purchased from Lumio UK thinking I was to receive an item of superior quality. I feel Lumio UK are just distributors and purchase all items from China. I have sent 11 emails asking for a refund without any response. I have even left comments on Lumio UK’s advertisement shown via Facebook stating it’s a scam but to no avail. I wonder if trading standards would be interested. Do not purchase from this company.

Bought some “amazing” cleaning clothes. Supposed to be streak free finish. The clothes were just little pieces of really cheap felt. Absolutely rubbish!!!

Purchased a chain saw sharper. Cheap fake one arrived from 8 weeks later. The product is a health and safety risk of the highest order. No instructions, poorly made. Just a waste of £20.

Answer the email’s want a refund for item I purchased and no one responds the item is cheap and nasty would not put it in my bathroom.

Item not suitable. Sent numerous emails to activate return process, emails rejected stating user unknown....Then tried to email using the contact email address to date no reply...Avoid this company is my advice...

Bought two items from this company both didn’t fit sent several emails but they never responded keep away seems every thing they sell is absolutely rubbish. Items purchased was strimmer head and chainsaw sharpener
