It was very hard to use. Had to keep opening the heads and cleaning them. Wasn't a close shave. Very disappointed.

What went wrong ordered a shaver over 2 weeks ago took the money oh guess what no shaver yet crap company that's just skanking people out of there money and not receiving there good well lumpex hope you choke on it hope company if you even are that?crashes

My light worked the first 5 times I used it. Then it QUIT!!!!!!! I do not have the funds to PAY TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM. This thing is NOT WORTH THE MONEY.I am very unhappy.

I ordered a head shaver. I never got a confirmation email with order number and tracking #. I have tried calling them but no one ever answers. They say leave a message but the call disconnects before your able to. The money has been taken from my bank account. I got a email saying my order wasn't complete after the money was withdrawn. They finally got me a tracking number but says the number is incorrect when I try to track it. I'm thinking this company is a scam.

Do not buy the Lumivyx! What a scam, they claim money back guarantee but no one responds to email and if you call it’s all automated and no one returns calls, never even used arrived damaged. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company hoping for resolve soon, don’t fall for their gimmick

My return was in a timely manner, although the return was not correct. I have now sent four emails to you with absolutely no acknowledgment or response. I need to hear from you because you got it wrong, not me, and I want it resolved ASAP. Thank you, Linda Siever

My husband got the pro for me and I used for 6-8 wks and no difference at all. They tell you to shave before everytime you use. SO now my chin hair is SO MUCH WORSE! It looks awful and did not work on legs, privates, underarms face or anything. I'm super upset as we spend $200 FOR NOTHING. And the return policy is COMPLETE $HIT and a total scam.

The bloody thing doesn't work at all. I plugged it in and the only thing that popped up was the off notice. I pressed the start button and nothing happened. The plastic that the machine is made from feels very low grade material in that it feels flimsy. For a product that cost over $200 not including paying additional amount on top of that for this product. It is not made very well and they do not honor any agreement since they want to see how you use it since it is a little difficult to show that since the bloody device can't even be turned on to be used. Not worth it at all.

Do not buy the Shinepod.
It worked great for 4 months, I was very happy. Then it died. Just stopped working. When I contacted Lumivyx, they said “it’s guaranteed for 30days. Thank you for your undestanding” NOOO I paid $126 for something to work for 4 months. They offered nothing.

I am eagerly awaiting delivery of the Lumivyx head shaver. I am recently inclined to take my hair all the way to the skin, and I hope the Lumivyx quality is all that the reviews promise. -- As for customer service, the team is prompt and courteous, as I placed my order quickly and only later realized the delivery address was not correct. Thanks to the team for quickly resolving my concern. Cheers!

The product hasn't worked for me, and instead I now get reoccurring cysts in the targeted areas that I have to get treatment for. And the "refund" option is only offered within 14 days of receiving the product. But it can take much longer than that to see results, so the refund window is too small to be of any use. Big surprise! What a scam.

There fast reaction time my issue was remarkable. I wish I could give them 6 star for that.

I bought the lumivyx in a panic. They sent the product within 5 days and when I found out I didn’t need it they responded immediately & made the suggestion I hang on to it just in case. I had been thinking the same thing. But since I didn’t immediately need it they gave me a refund on the warranty & refunded 30% of the cost. Great company! Lumivxy makes you feel like you matter. I will tell all my friends about Lumivxy & would not hesitate to call on them again. Thank You Lumivxy & all your employees!!

I received my lumivyx lamp after spending $140. It didn’t work at all. The bulb base was black. Very disappointed. Will Never order anything from this company again.

I received the lumivxy light for bed bugs. What a scam! They sent me a light that was intended to make your home more clean of bacteria, causing to having asthma outbreaks! I went scoling off of what was advertised for the get go, if you will! I spent $120.00. very misleading! I'm disgusted! I not only want a refund, I'm going to the BBB. Hopefully no other person will get snagged like I was by their misleading advertisement! Jenise Knight

My experience with this Company is nothing short of impressive. My issue was that I accidentally ordered incorrectly and once I discovered my error, I contacted the customer service department via chat and a Representative by the name of Ayra contacted me within minutes and corrected my order! It is extremely rare when a company is so responsive when you are asking for a refund or in my case, a partial refund!! If their product is half as good as their employees…. Home run!!!!
