Warning you cannot trust this company! I placed an order 2 days go by no response, so I emailed asking for a response they finally emailed back saying because of high volume orders mine wouldn’t ship till end of the month. So I emailed back saying I wanted to cancel that I’m going a different direction only to get another email stating oh it’s our fault we were able to fill your order before we ran out of stock. I emailed back saying not a good business practice I’m going somewhere else with my business. So they emailed back saying a shipping label had been generated too late to cancel. Well 3 days went by I kept checking to see if ever actually shipped not. I took the tracking # was able to see was not even in the country. These people are scammers I highly recommend never do business with this company, they lied to me regarding the order!!!

Inferior uv lamps were shipped. It also took a month to receive them. Supposed to last 8,000 hours each. Both quit working after 15 hours usage.
Total scam.
Now, I can't get in contact with the company to register a complaint and try to get my $230 back. Says the site is not accessible.

This product killed many bed bugs but not all. Finally contacted a professional pest control company and paid thousands to get rid of all the bugs.

Placed order August 6th..they pretend to be working on order
and even blame USPS for not shipping...Lumivyx is such a scam ! You cannot talk with anyone and no one gets back in touch with you. They simply take your money, do not send what you order and ignore you!!
Such a scam!!!!!!

Well after I read all negative reviews I went to trusted consumer reviews and lumivyx is in #1 spot and the reviews over there are completely different from here, so who's lying? I'm about to get 5 of them

I PURCHASED A ULTRA VIOLET 100W STAINLESS STEEL LIGHT FOR $179. I DID NOT RECIEVE WHAT I.ORDERED INSTEAD THEY SHIPPED A ULTA VIOLET 35W PLASTIC LIGHT MUCH INFERIOR TO WHAT I ORDERED AND MUCH CHEAPER THAN WHAT I PAID FOR HIGHLY UNSATISFIED BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered 2 products. One was an at-home laser device (priced at around $200); it was of poor quality for its price, not to mention that I found it online on SHEIN and at Walmart for $30, just under a different name. The exact same product!! Their advertising is very deceptive, even going as far as to include “professional reviews.” Lumivyx pays for their false reviews on sites like Trusted Consumer Reviews. The second product was an ultrasonic denture cleaner that Lumivyx claimed to arrive at a specific date/time when it never did, even USPS denied it. They also DO NOT give full refunds and force you to keep your ordered products!!! The audacity this company has…

SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE!! THEY TAKE THE MONEY & RUN!! Lumivyx took my order, sent an immediate confirmation email and I printed a copy of the transaction details. However, I wasn't online to see their second email - sent only an hour later - with the subject line "About Your Order," stating: "You were just a few steps away from ordering the Lumivyx HaloClean UV. It looks as if you went to complete your order but unfortunately didn’t go through, so...We’re holding limited time discounts for you for 3 HOURS!"

Yesterday's email, and a similar one sent today, claimed no order had been placed. Meanwhile, they took the funds and sales tax (<-isn't that tax fraud?) while still claiming that I needed to pay to complete my order. I caught the scam today and alerted the appropriate fraud department to put a Stop on the transaction and any further attempt(s) to process that amount. Getting the funds back from a fraudster can be challenging and the Claims Department is investigating. No wonder Lumivyx's self-described "lovely," "family owned" customer support service requires 24 hours to reply to any questions, concerns or claims....it's just enough time to process the transaction and scam the customer. FYI: this company also sells on Amazon. You want to stop these crooks? Post a Scam Alert on your FB page and notify the FBI.

It’s a scam, i lost my money and can’t get my money back

it turns on and works. it does clean the air. or rather makes the air smell strange. they claim it kills bed bugs but i highly doubt it. however it does help with allergies. it looks cheap and when you turn it on it looks like a cheap light. one good thing i will say is they were running late in shipment and i wrote back saying i needed it ASAP a few days later it arrived. Thanks.

I ordered a razor about three weeks ago and have not received or heard anything from them about when I will receive it I firmly believe that this company is a scam I definitely will not under any circumstances buy anything from them again they stole my money they are a scam beware you have been told buy at your own risk

I tried the lamps and they smelled like burning plastic and when I touch the lamp after 15 minutes they were very hot. My bathroom did not smell fresh and clean but like toxic chemicals. These lamps are cheap pieces of plastic , scam!

I purchased a hair removal product in May and tracking said it was on the way on June 4th....that was the last notification I had...have not received my product yet and unable to speak to anyone....Order # is 52896....have already been charged on my credit card for this...Not at all happy with lack of service....

This is not made well at all,cheaply made. Plastic piece of junk,don’t waste you time or money.Tried it, it was pulling hairs (ouch).took me at least a half hour to half ass cut my hair! And good luck trying to open it to clean!if you use with water u cannot get the hair out.also it’s impossible to open the heads.

I ordered 3. came broken and the packing was squished. They say they will refund, but the last email I received was over $44 dollars short.
I put one together and it does not work, one bulb broken and the other will not put together correctly. Do not buy this.

Ordered Pro laser, instead of a confirmation I continued to receive emails stating order did not process and prompt to click place order...still no confirmation. They charged my cc 4 times so I placed a dispute with my cc company. Their only contact is through email, they reply they will respond within 24 hours...but NO....it's just a way to make sure cc charges have time to go through. STAY AWAY

I haven't used my bulb yet but it did arrive. Delivery took a while but the consumer must realize that the lamp is considered to be hazmat which can only. Be shipped by ground transportation. I didn't realize this until my package arrived. As a retired mail processing supervisor I immediately understood the time delay.

Placed an order and they took my money from PayPal. Waited and nothing. No confirmation email, even. Contacted their support and they said they have no record of me making my purchase. Dispute with PayPal is ongoing

I ordered 3 UV lights and never received them. I got an email with a confirmation number and one with a date the product would be shipped out and EDD. You can only email support but they never reply or ship out anything. This is a scam website.
