Amazing Customer Service thanks to Craig (the branch Manager). I received a Dyson that had a manufacturing fault and tried a replacement part which didn’t resolve the problem, so then had to switch the hoovers.

I have autism, so I find dealing with problems so much harder than someone without autism (Craig was unaware of my autism). And i seem to be cursed because I end up having to deal with a few customer service people over the years and I can say that Craig made the whole process so simple and easy compared to other companies I have dealt with in the past.

Item arrived in good time however I believe the product had been previously used as there were the plastic plug protector missing and numerous wire fixing missing, the item is a Dyson hot & cold fan and was £300! I emailed them to ask if the fan had been use previously used as there was a lack of packaging and I haven’t received a response from them!

Fantastic service. Great prices. Received an e-mail to say my order had been dedpatched barely an hour after placing it. It arrived, well packaged within 2 working days. Wish more companies were this good to deal with. Will use them again and highly recommend.

Order arrived with no problems at all.Their prices are cheaper than all the big electrical goods suppliers, and that includes Amazon! Recommended.

Found our Beko induction Hob on their website £39 cheaper than any other retailer including AO.com and Currys.com! Even though the company is based in Northern Ireland the product still arrived to me in Manchester on the third day after ordering, at 8:30am. I was able to install it and was using it by 9:30am REALLY HAPPY :)
