Bought an engagement ring from Lunn’s and had a great experience. Martine was brilliant—really knowledgeable, helpful and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Aaron was a true gent in the Tag shop from when I entered. I visited a number of times and never felt under any pressure to purchase. I was clear on my budget and he was excellent at finding me exactly what I needed.

I went into Lunns Queens arcade this morning, urgently needed 2 new spring bars in my Omega Seamaster.
Normally this take a day or two as there busy- but i explained i needed it today and the Lady ( and she was a Lady), took my watch and spoke to the watchmaker, and she told me to come back in 2 hours which i did.
They got the bars in and was SO PLESENT to deal with, and was offered tea or coffee- these are lovely touches tha add to their uniqueness!
So i cannot thank these people enough and i am very thankfull that they were willing to sort me out!

This morning I arrived in time for a 10.30am appointment with an assessor who was to give me a price for selling a gold diamond Rolex watch and using the money to buy another piece of jewellery from Lunns.
A young lady gave me a cup of coffee and disappeared with my watch 20/25 minutes later told me the assessor was in a meeting. ( why was I given an appointment with him when he had another meeting on in the first place?)
She then asked if I had any shopping and could come back later. We arranged 12noon.
I again arrived on time. This time she took my watch plus paperwork and again I waited another 20 minutes. The assessor with whom I was supposed to have an appointment did not deign to come out to see me. He told the young lady to give me a his offer. It was ridiculously low. … and the final insult to a completely wasted morning.

At the Omega boutique Cain was very approachable, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. There was a wide range of beautiful watches, well-presented and tastefully displayed. As always with Lunn's everything was immaculate and pleasant. My wife found the Speedmaster 38 exquisite. The coffee was also very good!

Was nice to get an email advising me of your sale on selected items, which had a nice variety of items at good prices.

I called in to have a look at a few watches in the hope of getting one for my wife as it was our wedding anniversary and wanted to mark the occasion with a nice watch from the moment you walk in the staff are so welcoming and are looking to know if you would like a drink and then ask if you have anything in mind they can show you. My wife picked a nice watch and they had it resized for her in minutes and she is happy with her first real watch of significants. If you are in the market for a watch I would highly recommend calling in to the Tag boutique in Lunn’s as they are very helpful and offer fantastic customer service.

Yet again it was my pleasure to drop into the Montblanc 'showroom' in Queens Arcade, if that famous beer company did writting instruments, this is how they would market the product. The attentive, friendly staff the exclusive venue the location etc etc all just perfect.

I recently purchased a white dial Omega Speedmaster for my 50th birthday. Cain and Travis from the Omega boutique at Lunns were top class lads. Friendly knowledgeable and just down to earth. Great service great buying experience all round Excellent.
