I’m giving a start feedback because I was expecting my item to be delivered 2 days later after ordered, then I’ve been told I’ll get a partial refund because of delayed, don’t know how much refund I’ll get back neither when to expect refunding ! As I waited another 3 days after that they told me that definitely would arrive next day , but still didn’t get them ! So I’m very disappointed.

Significant delay with delivery
Significant delay with delivery, at the time of writing this I’ve still not received my order nor have i received any communication about it despite my attempts to contact this provider. Very disappointed with the service.

Great customer service
Great website, I ordered for next day delivery and unfortunately it took a couple days yet they got in touch with the delivery courier and told me exactly what was going on. Great customer service and will definitely being ordering again!

We are disappointed to learn that you are not happy with your order. The size that we dispatched was the size that you ordered via our website. We appreciate that the manufactures sizing & fit of their items we sell can vary which is why we offer our 14 day return/exchange policy.
When you contacted us, we offered to exchange the shoes for a different size or return the goods for a full refund. We have kept in constant communication with yourself throughout and have a recorded dialogue of all our conversations on all platforms so we are somewhat surprised by your remarks and your poor review.
