Once again I come to heap praise upon this most excellent company. I have three of their products in use, all three do exactly what they claim to do and do it seamlessly! Their customer service is simply the best I have ever experienced. It’s really fast and goes above and beyond in backup and support. You can have absolute confidence in purchasing with these guys, they set the standard!

Customer service is fast and briliant! I got a reply right away with a simple video to watch that helpled with the minor problem I had. Great service is worth soooo much. Thanks

Great products, staff always helpful & would definitely recommend anyone to buy the vacuum sealer.

Recently I've purchased the Luvele food dehydrator and the Supreme vacuum sealer. I've used literally dozens of the double-embossed sealer bags, and have just ordered the silicone sheets in order to dry sticky fruits and herbs.

I can say without any doubt that the build quality and function of these Luvele products exceeds any other brands of kitchen appliances I currently own.

For anybody consuming a lot of biltong (as I do!) the dehydrator works like magic. It's simple to program both its time and temperature, and its components are easy to clean. The stainless steel mesh trays simply go into the dishwasher, as do the silicone sheets. And a big plus: It's so quiet.

The vacuum sealer has given us the opportunity to buy meat, poultry, and fish at low, special prices, and in bulk for the freezer. The extended storage life for this fresh produce is therefore extended by several months, with no evidence of freezer burn or other degradation.

The Luvele product range earns my top recommendation.

This is a pointless product and the customer service experience was unprofessional and unpleasant. You still have to make the yogurt as usual, this is a just an expensive holder for your yogurt when the culture spreads. Just put your yogurt where you let dough rise, as people have been doing for thousands and of years. Save the electricity and spare yourself the needlessly rude customer service. Seriously, they were offended that I requested a return. It was weird.

Update: They deleted the reviews I left on their website, which explains why they only have 4 and 5 star reviews. Here’s a direct quote from the customer service rep after I requested to return the product:

“So you could have looked at all of this before placing your order. If you had any questions, you could have asked up before placing your order.

So if we accept your return, what should we do with your used yogurt maker, that is in perfect working order?

Do you not think that you should bear some responsibility or should we pay entirely for this?”

Maybe they should take some responsibility for how they’re treating their customers and falsely representing their product? Maybe if they didn’t remove negative reviews I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place?

I purchased my Luvele deluxe Po vacuum sealer in January last year and I have been very happy with it until recently when I had a problem with it sealing, So I went to the Luvele website and the contact details said there was no phone only email, which immediately worried me. But I could not have been more wrong. I sent an email and had a response within less than an hour and a link to a YouTube video that showed me how to solve my problem simply, and it did
They also assisted me with my new email address and an account, All by email and all very promptly. I cannot say how impressed I am with the company, the machine and the service I received today
Would I recommend Luvele and their products. Absolutely!

Absolutely fantastic machine, so easy to use, does a great job in mincing meat and filling sausages, should have brought it first off. Highly recommended, absolutely great customer service.

I love my yoghurt maker, but I am conflicted due to the fact that the product was made in China.

After much research, I purchased the unit as it was reviewed well and the company’s mission seemed passionate about promoting better living. I wanted to make my own yoghurt to avoid purchasing “unnatural” yoghurt and to reduce landfill waste. Luvele seemed a good fit.

However, upon receiving my yoghurt maker, I was dismayed to see that the company manufactures the product in China which has an abysmal human rights record. The Communist Chinese Party persecutes Uyghurs, Buddhists, Christians and Falun Gong practitioners. They engage in forced sterilization, rape camps, slave labor, and forced organ harvesting. These are horrific crimes against humanity!

I have sent the company a letter asking them to please stand up for human rights and to find an alternative manufacturer. I would ask that anyone purchasing this unit, please do the same. It is a good unit, but the fact that it is made in China is the reason I could only give three stars.

I have recently been told by my doctor that I am pre diabetic and so needed to find something low in carbs and sugar for my breakfast. I find this the most difficult meal of the day. I tried supermarket yogurt and can’t stand it, its horrible to me. I read up on the Luvele and 24 hr yogurt and gave it a try. I now have this everyday with nuts and blueberries and recommend It to people on facebook asking what to have for breakfast in the same predicament as myself. It’s gorgeous tasting and a perfect consistency for me!
My only wish is that the recipe book was in paperback or hardback rather than just to download And the glass jar felt a bit thicker as I’m scared of cracking it when I sterilise it.

I have been very pleased with the way Luvele has handled my correspondence with them. Luvele is one of those rare companies that actually cares about customer satisfaction!

I received my Luvele supreme vacuum seale today. After using other vacuum sealer machines I was never satisfied by the sealing and vacuuming process. Until I used Luvele’s product. I had a lot of food to seal and Vacuum. This machine never missed a beat. I highly recommend it. I will be definitely recommending to my friends and family. I would like to thank the Luvele team for getting the product to me so quickly.

About 5 years ago, I purchased the 2L Luvele yogurt maker. The orange one, no water required. All those years I’ve been using this yogurt maker intensively, about 5x per week (yes, we eat a lot of yogurt). Over the years the glass jars broke and until recently, there was a replacement available. Unfortunately, the glass jars for this maker are no longer available but luckily, the plastic one is still around somewhere though not on the website because the old maker is not longer available. Thanks to Tim at customer service, I will receive the plastic pot soon at no cost. Indeed, a free replacement for a product that they don’t even sell anymore, instead of trying to talk me into their newer product. How good is that! Not sure what I’m going to do if my yogurt maker stops working. I quite like this one. Easy, no mess and keeps the temperature stable (cheaper products don’t and you end up with runny yogurt, I’ve learned the hard way). Their newer products all need water in the base which adds an extra step to the process that can be forgotten and warm water is an excellent breeding ground for bacteria. However, I’m very happy with the quality of this product and their outstanding customer service. So, when my old trusted maker stops working, I know will end up buying a Luvele again. Emails are answered quickly and as said, customer service is great. Highly recommend.

The lids on the 4 ceramic jar version are faulty.They pop
open during fermentation several times breaking the seal on the yoghurt.The lids in turn push the clear plastic main lid which further effects the temperature of
the jars.I contacted luvele who stated they had lots of people stating the same but trying to say it would not effect the fermentation.Yeah right.! Not happy beware.

I am very impressed with the Luvele yogurt maker! We are loving it! Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, it holds an accurate temperature and works flawlessly! Thank you for putting out a high quality product. I've used it every other day since buying it. I am so happy to report that we've already seen a huge improvement in our children's digestion in just a couple of days!

Pure Plus Yogurt Maker

I bought this yogurt maker to have more confidence in the probiotics my family consumes. I have made two batches, both of which turned out perfectly. I love the 24 hour option, as well as the option to buy a second 2L glass container, which I intend to do. I recommend this yogurt maker without reservation!

This is my first yogurt maker. I bought it because I am making Dr. Davis' L. Reuteri yogurt and wanted a programmable machine. I have nothing to compare it to, but it's so easy to use.

I bought a luvule yoghurt maker a couple of years ago. The first one I recieved did not work/turn on at all when it arrived. Luvele replaced it promptly with no fuss. The second one worked fine, and I loved it. Used it once a week, and then a couple of weeks ago, the alarm went off at the set time and I found the yoghurt maker had not applied any temperature at all and there was no yoghurt only room temperature milk mixed with a cup from previous batch (using an heirloom culture). I reset the yoghurt maker and this time it worked fine. The next batch again the yoghurt maker did not heat, it would not work even after resetting. It still will not work. Looks like it has a lifespan of a couple of years and then that's it-;you have to throw it away and get a new one. I expected more lifespan of the product, very wasteful.

I am updating my review based on the customer service follow up from Luvele, which was surprisingly good in the sense it is rare for customer service to take any interest in an out of warranty product, to want to know the model and fault and to spontaneously provide a refund for later purchased accessory. They are exceptional at dealing with faulty product - initially the first product easy no fuss return and replacement of faulty original purchase and then when product was faulty but out of warranty thorough follow up and demonstration that they value their customers. 5 stars for customer servive
