I ordered one pack of key bags and the checkout process added another set. I immediately emailed them to tell them and they have not replied despite three messages being sent. I don’t have the items yet so can’t comment on the quality but there is no customer service

I purchashed the Christmas Bags ( Variety Bag of 40), the promotion video shows and demonstrates the ribbon tie incorporated into the bags. I thought how coveinient. When te product arrives the ribbons are provided seperate in a bag for you to apply. Totally false advertising. Would certainly not trust or purchase from this site again!

Would give less than 1 if possible. Wish I had read customer reviews 🙈 ordered four key holders as Christmas stocking fillers.
The quality is abysmal and looks nothing like the ad. The bin is the only place these will be going.

Took a while for delivery, nearly 2 weeks and had to send an email to chase shipping but product was shipped following day. Good product for me and will save having to keep removing passport from its cover, place for GH1C card too and boarding passes.

If I could give them -0 I would! I ordered a bag from them 10 weeks ago and have emailed them numerous times to be told they’re too busy to respond!!! I have never received the item!!!

2 weeks and order not received. Sent email to ask where order is. Did get an email back to say it was taking longer than expected. English very debatable so suspect scam.

Practical items and look great, well worth the money for that extra peace of mind whilst travelling, the items arrived promptly and are sizeable enough to keep all monies and documents in one place making for less stress during checkin/out

Do not order anything from this company. Happily taken my money, had to chase for delivery information and now find out that my parcel is going back to the sender! 😡

Why is Luvtoo.co.uk still being allowed to take people’s money using misleading adverts?

I requested information about how to return an item. I received one email asking why it should be returned. I answered but no replies. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I'm left with an item which looks nothing like the picture and over £20 out of pocket.

Absolute rubbish… I have contacted you about the product and commented on your social media posts… and you’ve ignored me! Purse is nothing like your add, wrong colour… complete waste of £20!

I don’t actually think I got what I ordered. It is slightly different to the one advertised and not the colour I ordered.

I received it and all intact. Love the coin purses. One I’m using for storing my ear rings in. I can see them at a glance. Coin purses is useful too especially for car park machines. Enjoying using them. Thank you.

I ordered an item 11 days ago, they have taken my money not had one e-mail from them, and now web browser says this shop no longer exists.

Customer loved her key fobs great price material was great value for your money she liked the one that I had asked where I got it from she was very pleased

Great little purse, just right for a small handbag and being able to keep some change, just incase required. Very quick delivery to England too!
