I placed an order with this company. They charged it to my account gave me a tracking order and now they are nowhere to be found so I believe this is a scam.

I wont advice anyone to use this company. My pacel worth 100 of dollars never got to me, they said it was a logistic problem and they never issied a refind or re-shipment.

Paid way too much for a juicer that looks way too cheap and took 2 plus months to be delivered. After waiting 6 weeks I called the company and canceled. I was told it was canceled buy juicer arrived at least two weeks later and my account was charged. I don’t like to give all my business to Amazon but I will never to business with this company again!

Total Rip-Off! Do Not buy! False advertisement. They charged 80% more than the product's worth compared to other retailers. Then offer returns but good luck getting in touch with anyone. They haven't responded to my 7 emails and 3 online(from their website) submissions for a return. Like NO response, not even an automated. It's a scam.

This company a scam . They send me an email it says delivered 7/1/2026. I ordered the product on May 2026. I have not received my order at all .

I purchased a portable charger for my phone that arrived with no cable to charge the charger. Waste of money, do not shop here!!!!

Tried to contact customer support but no reply .
Although I had cancelled right after my order request and they were supposed to reply to my email request within 12 hours but nothing happened until three weeks later they sent me a damaged product.
There is no guide line for returning the unwanted product.

They send you plastic containers that literally looked like they are worth $1. On instagram, they show them as huge storage boxes, which stand on their own. That is not what you will be getting.It will be a small flimsy piece of garbage.

Customer service was horrible, never heard back from any email. The crafts in the craft box were not in envelopes. Many did not work as instructed. TOTAL SCAM.

This is a totally horrible company. My package, although addressed to my home, was delivered to a parcel box. No location of the parcel box was provided; no access code to this parcel box was revealed, and the customer service was literally non-existent. I still do not know where my package is, but I was refunded my purchase price minus $1 from their shipping partner. UNBELIEVABLE. If you find out that his company is handling your purchase, cancel the order and buy it from anywhere else that you can. This company should be immediately shut down.

Can I give them zero Stars? A huge scam!!! Large bags are so small and flimsy like other reviews have stated. Send emails to customer service and absolutely no response. Have sent countless emails and no response at all! Crooks!

I purchased three large hinged clear thick storage containers and paid $79. I received three tiny flimsy Ziploc type bags smaller than a shoebox. They will not respond to my multiple requests for return. Completely fraudulent advertising and company.

Buyers beware I would give 0 stars if I could. No communication. No order update I have emailed several times referencing the order number No reply. The "customer service" phone number is ALWAYS a busy tone with no answer.

Shiptosail immediately charged my card the entire amount. To date nothing received. Not even a reply to email requests for information V ery poor company in my opinion Would never order again
