I ordered a Gnome advent calendar which cost me $79 dollars. Let’s just say what arrived was not what they advertised. It is cheap and nasty and all I got was three badly made gnomes and 22 small rubber Christmas things that look like something people put on their crocs. Don’t buy anything from them.

Just a bunch of scammers. They’ll take your money they never give you the product. They give you a fake tracking number stay away don’t give them any money let’s put these scammers out of business.

Ordered the Halloween advent calendar. Yet to ship or return any of my messages. But guess what, they did take my money. Bunch of scammers.

Would love to give them zero stars! They are a SCAM. They take your money and you never get the product you ordered. You can't get your money back.

Placed an order online, was charged. I have contacted them several times through email and through their website and there has been no response and I have not received my item, nor has there been any shipment confirmation. Scam.

I purchased 3 books from HEYISAIL and confirmation email telling me the order was placed and card was charged.
I sent other emails and got no reply.

Placed an order at the beginning of July, I received the confirmation by email but nothing else. This store seems to be linked between multiple entities heyisail, shiptosail, flewsail and playfulhare) and you get no support or answers. Last time I order something on something else than Amazon. AVOID AVOID AVOID

First and last time I will buy through this website. 2 items were both same size ordered but when received one doesn’t fit at all and the other one is very small. Return policy states if the problem with the items is the consumer error then the consumer is required to pay postage. The items are received. We’re not my problem. They were incorrect as far as size was concerned even though I ordered two of the same size. Would not recommend this website to anyone to make purchases. I have learnt my lesson never again.

Ordered three items from this website. It took over two months, they charged almost as much in shipping as the items cost. Two of the three items came, and they are nothing like the picture. They are not the same color, shape nor make of the item in the picture. Would not order from them again nor suggest this site to anyone else.

I checked on the website and these did no make justice to the ones ordered or the pictures of the ones they picked for me. Run Fast!

I ordered an item, but it does not fit my tub. I requested a refund and I was told I would have to pay for the return postage and sending it back to China instead of California, where the item was shipped from. They offered me 30% refund and keeping an item I can't use. Do not order from this merchant

I ordered an item from you on the 19th of January, 2024. The item has not arrived, and I cannot get a rep on the linen. You item ‘on sale’ costs four time as much as that same item that I just purchased from TEMU.

I have tried to contact you by email but it is impossible they just tell me that they do not have any order from me when I am sending the receipt that they charged me the money for the glasses and they never sent me anything please reply

Good quality products at reasonable prices

When I first accessed the site I fully intended to buy the electric nail grinder. The site offered me a 10% discount in exchange for my email so I provided it. I was supposed to receive the discount code in an email, but it hadn't arrived after 6 hours. So I emailed to inquire how long it should take, and they never answered that email. So I'm not about to order anything from them.

I’ve never received my order nor have I gotten any communication from the company sounds like scam territory
