Order the power sprayer nozzles, and never arrived.
Received an email saying it was shipped on 4/20.
Clicked on tracking link and it would not open. Tried to go to the website, and my carrier won't allow me to open as they have labeled it suspicious.
I sent a message for a refund. Not sure what will happen.

The item I ordered was $75. It looked like it was very high-quality artificial flower ground inserts and two huge bunches. It was nothing like that. The colors were faded. It looked so fake and poor quality and each bunch was so tiny. Nothing like advertised and the photos were not the actual product. There are so many good products advertised on Instagram or TikTok. It's a shame when a company takes advantage of the platforms to sell something that's not represented correctly. The worst part is after waiting a month for shipping, I knew immediately that they needed to be returned and there's absolutely no response from the company from their customer service email or from their website. Do not buy these items and do not buy from this company.

Waited and waited for item to arrive. Finally one day tracking said delivered, but never received anything. Tried contacting the company multiple times. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone and never received anything response. Scam. Do not order.

I need to send th de back, I bout two of them and I have never been so disappointed in an item.
They make it looks like it makes ice immediately. But guess what ice doesn’t get cold without electricity and this item has no hook up for it.
I don’t like giving bad reviews but this was $75.00 of something I could get at the $1.00 tree for $125.00 and put them in the freezer and get real ice.
So please send me an address where to shit this back. Thank you

I ordered Al smart camera glasses & I got regular smart Bluetooth glasses & I got 2 pairs with a deal & both was Bluetooth soo they scammed me soo I do not highly recommend & they don’t respond back to ur email still waiting on response smh

Ordered the dinosaur eggs bath bombs. Total scam. They made them look so big & make such a bid fizz in bath, it was all a lie. Do not order anything from this company, they are going to make u wait a long time for ur order, if u even get it then if u do get it, its BS! They are pos scammers scamming people that work hard for their money. Losers!

I am so sick of ordering off of these companies on the Facebook platform . They are always a ripoff . It is disgusting !!! I ordered my AI glass on Jan 3 and still haven’t received any update on tracking.Theres no tracking number and I email and message multiple times and they have no respond at all.

Company offered a 30 day money back guarantee… I was sent a product with no way of using it! There is no vape, just what looks like refills. I have asked 3 times if they sell a vape I can use. I was offered a 30% refund with no explanation as to how I can actually use the product if I want to. The whole thing is a scam.

This page is a scam I order long time ago and haven't received my product.. have sent several email and messages thru their website without any response.... the just stole my money

I ended up getting my Dad book shipped to the wrong address by accident and they graciously sent me a new one with no charge!! I appreciate that kind of customer service so much and will def look at their website again for gifts, thank you, thank you!!

This company is a scam. Ordered an item and credit card was charged. Never received the item. There is no customer service phone number. Website has you fill out contact. Did this two timeds with no response.
