Easy ordering process and delivered as promised. The items are good Christmas fare and the advert represented them fairly. Pleased with this.

Very disappointing.
Poor dispatch time, sent two emails to customer service chasing whereabouts of items ordered ,neither was acknowledged or responded to.
Quality of goods poor so will not be purchasing again from this company.
Very disappointed.
Was requested for review before goods arrived!

Waited 3 weeks then arrived the product…
Waited 3 weeks then arrived the product was a bit tacky and badly made. I’m still trying to get a reply to my emails to send them back for a refund but they don’t reply to any emails or answer the phone. Be warned takes your money but don’t want you having a refund so stuck with a cheap tacky product I don’t want.

The product is exactly what I expected…
The product is exactly what I expected so I am very happy with the result. I was not aware it would be shipped from China & consequently took much longer to arrive than anticipated. Therefore not a very ‘green’ footprint.
