BEWARE❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️This company is a SCAM. DO NOT buy from them. Don’t fall for their TikTok ads!!! They are an unethical business. Shoes I bought took over 2 months to receive. The box they arrived in via USPS was filthy and damaged. I was appalled when I opened the box to find a pair of used shoes. They were not new. They were obviously worn and soiled. The soles were very dirty. The insides were dirty as well. The fur of the Uggs was matted down. And inside the box was about a dozen stones. So bizarre! I sent photos per their request. Customer service refused to accept a return and refund saying they have a no return policy. These people are crooks. The government needs to shut them down now!

Do not order from this company. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my Ugg slippers. It’s been over two months since I placed my order and I haven’t received them. I’ve contacted them three times and just received a condescending shift blaming empty response thanking me for my patience.

False advertising.
This company is a fraud do ot order and the clothing you recieve is not th sme as advertised and they do not accept returns but websites clearly states returns accepted... They have stolen picture of influencer to help sell this jacket.
