My experience commenced with entering a wonderful welcoming space, I was then greeted warmly by helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Communication was excellent I was kept up to date on the progress of my order. Installation was performed with the utmost care and I will defiantly engage on any future purchases.

From start to finish the service was exceptional. Above and beyond. Not only are our blinds, awnings and curtains beautiful and top quality, they were perfectly installed with a professional finish. I can’t thank the team enough. I was overseas and everything was done for me. They worked in with our builders and electricians smoothly, and then came and showed us how everything worked and set up the home hub! I couldn’t recommend them enough and can’t thank them enough for the extra lengths they went to ensure everything was perfect!

We recently had Luxaflex EVO Magna Track outdoor blinds installed and are very happy with them and our experience with Coastalview. From the start getting an on-site quote to the end product, the customer service and communication throughout was excellent. We found the staff to be helpful. We liked how a precise time was booked in for measurements and installation. We were happy with options provided for the choice of fabric and colour.
There was an error with the measurements and hence an incorrect blind was delivered. The installer dealt with this and rectified the matter and the correct blind was installed a few weeks later.

We recently had our Luxaflex blinds, both Duettes, and Silhouttes installed by Coastalview Blinds and Awnings in Nowra.

The blinds are beautiful. They really finish off our house and are a very high quality. We love the Duettes, their look and their insulation properties.

From the moment we entered the showroom we knew this was a professional service. Everything was explained to us, all options given to us and no pressure to complete. They came and measured up and further explanation given on what they would do. We chose the fabric and paid the deposit. A further check to measurements was done and then the next thing we knew they were coming to install. All within 4 weeks. Installation was professional and outstanding. It was done quickly and efficiently and everything was explained even the recharging. Absolutely outstanding service. They look and feel fantastic and everybody is amazed at them and the installation. We couldn't ask for anything better and we still look at them constantly and comment on how they just complete the room. Cannot believe we left it this long, the room looks amazing.
