So love the look of our shutters which allow light to stream through but also offer us privacy and reduced sunlight when needed.

We purchased through Luxaflex in Port Macquarie and were quite disappointed with the customer service. We had two cancelled appointments and when the installers arrived they had been given the wrong blinds for our master bedroom, meaning we had to install temporary curtains.
The installation guys were very professional and courteous and the quality of the product is just as described by the salesman
Luxaflex tend to be a little more expensive than other local companies so we did not expect poor service

We bought the Luxaflex Duette Shades with automatic controls. They are so beautiful and quite. We face west so at 2.30pm each afternoon while we are at work the blinds automatically come down so we come home in summer to a much cooler house and our furniture is not being destroyed. Awesome installation and product expensive but money well spent. They look beautiful.

Coffs Blinds and Awnings provided a seamless and professional service from start to finish. Everything was communicated along the way including lead time for the blinds to be made and product suggestions. Really happy with the end result.

I recently had the pleasure of using Coffs Harbour Blinds & Awnings for my window treatment needs, I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. They quoted on various products, but I could not go past the quality of the Luxaflex Polysatin shutters, made from premium materials & it truly shows in the finished product. They are not only beautiful to look at, but they are also durable & built to last, showcasing Coffs Harbour Blinds & Awnings commitment to providing top-notch quality to customers.

Good communication from choosing, ordering through to installation. Order arrived & was installed ahead of expectation. There was one minor problem with one of the plantation shutters after installation. This was followed up in good time & was fixed. I found the initial tradesman (contractor) was not as professional in his workmanship as the subsequent tradesman (employee of Coffs Blinds & Awnings).

The product knowledge, installation service and customer service provided were amazing. The whole experience left me feeling that each person I interacted with at Coffs Harbour Blinds & Awnings went above and beyond to provide an A1 service (it felt like they all became part of my family and wanted the best for my home).

Great work with all the jobs we have recently had completed. Professional and efficient with each install. I would recommend Coffs Blinds and Awnings. (The date doesnt reflect when the work was done - there have been a few days and another one on this coming Monday).

Product is exactly as described. Works beautifully and gives us the privacy we needed.
Installer was a really nice guy, happy to leave him while I got back to work.
Had a minor problem with silicone, was fixed very quickly with no fuss.
