I am very happy with the service everything was perfect
I am very happy with the service I received from the Company. The measuring was perfect the installation the same. It makes such a difference to the house makes it look a lot warmer.

Very rigid times to fit blinds,works if the householder doesn’t work 8.30am -4.30pm
I leave before then and get home after that
A blind was wrongly measured and there was no compensation when my Son went without a blind for 4 weeks
The experience was not joyous Nicholls pulled down my alarm sensor to hang a blind
Their approach to service is arrogant and word of mouth is the best marketing tool I will never recommend Nicholls the products and service are overpriced Unsatisfied customer

We were very impressed with the ease of ordering through Nicholls, their passion for the product and help in deciding colours and sizing. The initial experience moved us to order another 5 Luxaflex blinds, we are now looking forward to the delivery and installation and to see what a change the new blinds will make to our home.
We also like the motorised control unit, this may seem a luxury but go for it, works easily and leads you to play with the blinds more than you ever thought.

Luxaflex Duette Shades
We had been looking for a product to fit in the reveal for corner windows as well as other windows which are quite wide and long for at least two years. We finally discovered Luxaflex Duette Shades and Nicholls Fashion & Furnishings in Gardenvale. Doug and Kathryn were so helpful - showing us the many options, colours and explaining the wonderful insulation properties. The Duette Blinds almost seemed to good to be true!! To say we are happy with our blinds is an understatement - they are everything we wanted and look fantastic. So looking forward to installing them in other rooms now.

Professional, personal and a refreshingly honest sales team. Delivered and installed on time to the day. No up selling and offered budget alternatives (which in the end I didn’t go with as I felt assured paying a little more was the right choice).
Highly recommend this family run business. A big cut above the rest in both quality of product and personalized, friendly service.
