The installation was a lot quicker than I anticipated. However, there was an issue with the actual installation. This issue was fixed promptly and expertly as soon as it was reported. Couldn't ask for better service than that .

My experience with Riteway was excellent from start to finish. Bec in the Fyshwick store was so helpful about colours & designs, Alan had some really good suggestions about my windows when he came to do the final measure and Paul did a great job of installing them. I'm very happy with the service and value and I would recommend Riteway to anyone looking for blinds.

The fundamental matter is that we did not get what we expected in both the awning units and the installation, particularly interfering with our view and the company would not budge on this and decided to put this in the hands of the lawyers despite us trying to come to a compromise

We walked into the canningvale store to see if we could get our blind fixed. They were just so helpful and friendly. We decided to get a quote for new honeycomb blinds. It was no problem for Rod to come to Mandurah and give us a quote. We made up our mind there on the spot to go with them for the new blinds his price was better than Mandurah luxaflex and Rod was pleasant to deal with. Great experience.
