We looked into this thoroughly and can confirm that the £4.99 was the cost of the Royal Mail return label generated through our returns portal the same label used to send the item back to us, with tracking number matching your proof of postage receipt exactly. This fee is clearly stated within the portal before the label is generated, and no additional charge was made by us outside of this.

We would never deduct a fee if a customer had paid separately, and we were able to demonstrate this with screenshots evidencing the tracking number match, which we shared with you directly.

We'd also like to note that your refund was processed well within our advised returns timeframe, so we're pleased that was resolved promptly for you.

We're a small, family-run business and we genuinely care about every customer's experience. Our team responded to every message thoroughly and provided full evidence at every stage. We're sorry the process felt unclear, and our door is always open should you wish to discuss anything further.

Not happy with returns or customer services

Partner ordered me a ring, unfortunately it was too small had to be replaced with a larger ring as they had no stock in my size.

Anyways got the ring, all was fine for 2 weeks until I noticed a stone was missing. Emailed customer services and asked to return the ring, should still be within the return window anyway. My partner had also ordered me earrings that had only been delivered a few days and still unopened, asked to return these too as I didn’t have faith in their service which was refused with them being earrings. Which I find shocking as when you go on any of the earrings on their website below add to basket it says “30 Day Returns & Exchanges” not read our terms about refunds. Should say clearly there no returns on earrings!

They’re adamant the fault will need to be assessed for it to be replaced or refunded. Which delays me getting my money. I find it shocking that I’ve received a faulty item and they won’t get the refund through as quickly as possible, it’s just not a fair service. And won’t take their earrings back that I have no desire to ever use as I now don’t trust their quality at all. They’ve had the ring a week now and no update.

Blows my mind with all the other reviews of customer services being so helpful to people and sending new rings out to people just based on photos, not sure why they haven’t wanted to provide the level of customer service the other reviews show.

A series of unfortunate events…

I previously left a review which was based on my experience at the time, but I deleted it after I didn’t think it was fair to leave a negative review without giving a fair opportunity for the issue to be resolved and the company had actually reached out to try and resolve the problem. However, I wouldn’t say anything was actually resolved, more that the issue was concluded and that was on the basis that I couldn’t be bothered messing about anymore.

To cut a long story short, I purchased a ring and was sent the wrong one. I flagged this straight away and although there was a delay in getting a response, I was sent a nice apology and it was agreed I would wait for the ring I had actually ordered to come back in stock. I was also offered a stacking ring as a gesture of good will, which I declined as I didn’t feel it necessary for what appeared to be a genuine mistake. The ring I’d received was the size I’d ordered, just the wrong style and I’d mentioned in an email that yes, this fit perfectly but obviously it just wasn’t the one I wanted. 3 and a bit weeks after my initial order, I received the ring I initially wanted, only to find the sizing was very inconsistent with the other (wrong) one I’d received, despite it being the same size.

I was gutted, but at this point quite fed up with waiting, so emailed a polite message to advise of the issue in it not fitting and that I’d be returning both the rings for a refund on my original purchase. I didn’t get any further correspondence or acknowledgment to say this was ok or any offers for the postage to be covered. I returned both rings (at my own expense, as I’d said I was returning them 1st class signed for) and was sent a refund notification a couple of days after.

Yes, the original error was rectified, but that in itself caused further issues with the clear discrepancy in sizing which I was given no explanation for and I actually received no further communication once I advised that I’d be returning both the rings (which I did as an honest person as I could have quite easily kept the one sent by mistake!)

I would much rather support small businesses and I have to say that the rings were absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately feel quite let down on the poor customer service overall on this occasion, especially as I’d been so polite and understanding of the initial mistake!

Awful quality

Awful quality, I was gifted some bits of jewellery from here last September and was so happy with them initially, I even ordered myself a couple of rings in October. The gold pieces have all faded and tarnished, they’ve now completely changed to a dark blue black colour. Avoid

I had to write a review of my wonderful experience with Luxe. I bought a beautiful oval gold ring last summer that I never take off. The compliments I have received on it are countless. Anyway…I noticed the gold on the band was wearing away and I emailed Luxe. Absolutely wonderful customer service by Heather. She advised me I could get my ring complementary replated twice. Happy to report it is back and shining like a new penny. Amazing service and so happy I decided to reach out to them. Wonderful jewellery and can’t wait to add more pieces to my collection. Fabulous products!!!

Fabulous products and good customer service. I've ordered twice now from Luxe Emporium and I couldn't be happier with the rings I've bought. The only downside (and it's certainly not a downside for Luxe Emporium) is that I love them more than my original engagement and wedding ring! I wear them all day every day and they keep their sparkle and never dull.

Awful quality

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of this necklace. I’ve already had it replaced once due to it snapping, and unfortunately the replacement has broken again in exactly the same way. The issue is clearly a design flaw — the pendants are far too heavy for the chain provided, making it unable to withstand normal wear.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of a reasonable solution. The company does not offer replacement chains on their own, and the only option given was to purchase an entirely new necklace and pendant bundle, which feels unreasonable given this is a recurring fault.

For the price and expectations of durability, this product falls far below standard. I would not recommend purchasing unless the design is improved or proper replacements are made available.

I picked 3 rings for my husband to get…

I picked 3 rings for my husband to get me for my Birthday and honestly the gold looks cheap. I can get better looking rings in primark. They look like toy rings. I will be sending them back. I was honestly really disappointed as the rings look so good online.

Amazing customer service ⭐️

I cannot recommend Luxe Emporium enough! After my original ring sadly became damaged not long after purchase, I was so worried — but their customer service was absolutely incredible from start to finish.

Unfortunately not impressed...

I ordered the gold mini jasmine ring and nalah ring. The cubic zirconia on the jasmine ring is see through and looks like glass. There is no sparkle. The Nalah isn't as bad. In my opinion the Jasmine ring looks like children's pretend jewellery. I should have returned the rings but life events got in the way. I'd recommend moissanite jewellery for anyone wanting a realistic looking imitation diamond ring.

Amazing jewellery at affordable prices

Im so glad i found luxe emporium all of their products are absolutely amazing and look like they cost alot more than they do i have worn mine over and over and they still look as new as the day i brought them no tarnishing and sparkly .The customer service is also 10/10 nothing is too much bother them and always quick to respond with any questions or problems .

Disappointed

Loved the ring when first arrived but after a couple of weeks it has gone dull and lost a lot of the sparkle which is disappointing.
Delivery was quick and packaging nice.
