I cannot recommend Luxe Emporium enough, I have ordered a few times now I have even bought something as a gift as I love the jewellery so much. I really want to highlight their customer service especially in a world where we often see something online place an order for it to arrive not as described and when you attempt to contact them nobody replies. I can assure you when you order from Luxe Emporium your jewellery will exceed your expectations it’s just stunning and you can contact customer services with any questions/queries and you receive prompt replies, they go out of their way to ensure you are nothing but satisfied with their service, Heather replied to my question straightaway and was just so lovely, such a great business to deal with I now wouldn’t bother going anywhere else.

Placed my order and there was a bit of a mix up but Heather from customer service went above and beyond to get it sorted. Excellent service and will be ordering again.

Bought my wife a couple of pieces from Luxe for her birthday she absolutely loves them. Had a couple questions about sizing and the team helped me out straight away. The pieces have stayed perfect will definitely be ordering again thank you team!

I’m over the moon with my 3 rings from Luxeemporium, originally I thought I’d measured my ring size correctly, but I hadn’t. Great customer service as a ring sizer was sent out immediately and shortly after confirming my size, I received the order.

I have bought a few peices and have never been disappointed in any of the products

They have the most gorgeous rings, but won’t let me return the ring my partner baught me as my son ripped the tag off before i could even try it on and when i finally did try it on it was way too big for me now i have a ring that i can’t even return and don’t know what to do with….

I believe it’s really important to review a few months down the line. Anyone can create a silver ring, that looks shiny on arrival. But Luxe Emporium claim their rings are tarnish free, and they really are!
I am 5 months in from my ring arriving. When it arrived I was truly lost for words as to how beautiful and sparkly it was. I’d purchased a similar ring elsewhere before I found Luxe Emporium, and it turned up cloudy. So I really was over the moon.
Since May, I’ve not taken this ring off. I’ve just had a very premature baby in ICU NICU and used harsh soaps and hand sanitiser constantly and the band is still as shiny as the day it arrived.
I even got asked by my midwives if it was the real deal because of how beautiful it was. I told them exactly where it came from because everyone deserves to have some luxury.
Luxe Emporium also has incredible customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and they want to help.
So yes, I 100% recommend Luxe Emporium. A small, family run business, taking the jewellery industry by storm.

I’ve read reviews on various platforms, a few initially put me off purchasing, however, I took the plunge after reading more reviews. This company is nothing short of brilliant. The customer service backs up the product 100%. I know you can read reviews and think “I bet the owners & staff got all their friends to review” I can categorically say that if my experience is anything to go by, then they’re all genuine reviews. I sent a ring back as it was too small, likely because it was a wider band, but I received an email to say it had been received back, but the size I needed was out of stock until October. Anytime I chased or raised a query I’ve had a response, sometimes after 10pm on weekends. This company goes the extra mile. The purchases I’ve made (almost £500 over 3 weeks) has all been fabulous and looks exactly like the photos. If you’re feeling hesitant, don’t be, you’ll love your purchase.

I day after I wrote the original review please see update at end of this review I will update again when this issue is completed.
So I ordered the halo set in silver and it’s very sparkly but sadly lost a stone within 4 weeks, I reached with out to them with photographic evidence and they wanted me to return it for quality purposes, however I had bought the ring for my 30th wedding anniversary and I didn’t want to return straight away, so I waited with a plan to return later on but whilst I was waiting to do that my 3 set of linked yellow gold rings I had bought a couple of weeks after the first set suddenly lost its gold colouring with the silver peeking through, straight off the back of my other problem I decided to call it a day with this company! The email conversation I had felt like it was with AI it felt like I was unimportant with my complaint. Look I had high hopes and I was excited and possibly I’m just unlucky but within 6 weeks my jewellery looks hammered and ready for the bin! Such a shame as the halo set is beautiful and still sparkles but without a stone on the shoulder. This company states their jewellery doesn’t tarnish but it doesn’t stay yellow gold either and the stone didn’t stay in my ring and I wasn’t heavy with it. I hope others are more successful with their purchases but for me I’ve given up. UPDATE 30/8/25 within 12 hours Heather from Luxe Emporium had reached out to me to put right my rings, I have to say I was blown away by how much I felt that she really wanted to put this issue right for me, she has arranged replacement ring for both the set and the triple ring single one, I am returning mine and hopeful that I can move forward without any more issues, I don’t think I will be wearing the gold tone ring daily which I still feel is disappointing but I understand with plated jewellery this can be an issue. I will update again once resolved but so far the customer care seems to be over and above any other company I’ve ever dealt with, I explained my original review was without malice and more a show of my disappointment of what should have been beautiful jewellery that I was excited about wearing for a special anniversary.
Final update Dec 2025 after my original review I can say honestly the team at Luxe emporium went over and above to help getting me sorted, sadly I’ve been in hospital and unable to amend my review so this is my first opportunity to do so. My jewellery was replaced and mainly has been fine, I believe now that plated gold coloured jewellery is not for me as it always wears away and the silver shows through eventually so it’s just not for me but that’s is a me problem, I’m convinced. Thank you to the team at Luxe for replacing my jewellery, I will shop again

The rings I received were absolutely exquisite, and so beautifully presented. They really did excel my expectations, but sadly when I put them on they just didn’t suit me at all - I was so disappointed! I contacted customer services about returning them and the response I received from Heather was so quick and friendly. I cannot fault this company at all and will look to buy another set of rings in the future with a smaller engagement ring stone which will hopefully suit me better!
