My original order never showed, but after emailing Heather quickly dealt with this and re sent the whole order which was with me the very next day. She had great communication with me, and kept me updated every step
Of the way she also later sent me a ring box as because she had to resend my order quickly they were out of stock. Heather went above and beyond and her customer service was

First class company with fantastic customer service. Purchased the Halo Ring Set which is beyond stunning. I ordered the wrong size and Heather came back to me super fast, outside of normal working hours and was able to resolve my issue with ease. I ordered the wrong size but the lovely customer service lady Heather arranged a bigger size with no hassle and the owners Leila and Jasmine put a lovely free pair of earrings in for my troubles!! These earrings have a ball that twist on and off at the back so are super comfy, especially to sleep in (I usually take all my jewellery off at night because it hurts, but slept with both rings and earrings in last night and they didn’t bother me at all!!) Customer service is excellent, the rings and earrings are beautiful and I mean it when I say they are the best jewellery I’ve ever had ❤️

This is my third order and certainly won’t be my last. The quality of the products are unbelievable and I am normally cautious when ordering online but I’m so glad I took the chance a few months ago. I was worried about the ring size on my order and Heather organised to send me a free ring sizer to check my size, her customer service was amazing and she is a credit to the team! I got my set super fast once I let them know my size and the amount of compliments I’ve had is crazy. This set was to replace my current wedding and engagement set that have seen better days. I ordered on the 14th of May , till today I haven’t received any dispatch notification, the website site says shipping 2-4working days , it’s past those days and no one is responding to my email . I feel scammed . Please send me my order !!!!

I ordered a v-shaped ring to wear temporarily as my wedding band. I paid about £30 for it and I was fully expecting that after a few weeks or months a stone might fall out or it might chip or tarnish. Well I’ve worn the ring non-stop (including in the shower and at night etc.) for nearly a year now and I have to say I’m so impressed with how it’s held up!! All the stones still intact. It sits next to my platinum & diamond engagement ring and I’ve asked many people if they can tell which one is the real diamond ring and no one can ever tell. Would 100% reccomend and shop again!

Promt delivery and I was kept updated on everything with my order. Correspondence was polite and helpful.
Both rings are beautiful, I can't comment on quality as I only received my rings yesterday so I will have to wait a few months with daily wearing of them to be able to comment on the quality but for now I can say they look very well made.
My only negative is that the sizing comes up small. I normally wear a Q or R (depending on which finger i plan to wear the ring on) however I had read in other reviews that the sizing comes up small and since there was no size R in stock I went for an S as I have some of the little silicone ring sizers at home so thought I'd just pop one of them on these rings. However the size S actually fits my finger almost perfectly with only a small anout of movement, and I would normally wear a Q on this particular finger.
All in all I have had a positive experience with this company and as long as the jewellery hold up to normal daily wear I would definitely buy again .

My husband said he'd upgrade my rings as a change up and I searched high and low on the Internet for affordable ring sets that were good quality and I came across Luxe Emporium. I'm so glad I ordered them, they are everything I had hoped for.
Heather has been extremely helpful with me as I had a few jewellery care questions and I didn't realise but I had missed out on an offer they did and Heather didn't hesitate to honour it me! How kind is that?!
So now I've got a gorgeous bracelet on the way free of charge!

I ordered rings and they arrived very quickly and were absolutely beautiful, unfortunately I got the wrong size so I sent them back for an exchange. The whole time I was waiting for the exchange I was corresponding with Heather and she was absolutely fantastic, getting the exchange took a little longer than I thought but I was replied to every time I messaged and was also sent a pair of beautiful earrings as a gesture of good will. I am over the moon with the rings and earrings and will definitely be ordering more from them.

Followed Luxe Emporium on tiktok for a while and decided to order there beautiful triple band ring. Arrived fast and there packaging is really nice. Love the ring - definitely recommend 🫶
