Breaking the Law

The Headtorch is broken after 3 months. Tried to tell me it's after the warranty, but according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we are entitled to a replacement or repair. We will report them to Trading Standards because this company is breaking the law.

Product dosent work at all.

Ordered the light and it arrived. All worked until I had to charge, but neither unit charged. I wrote to customer service; they sent a replacement, and both replacements also didn't work.
After that, the customer service didn't respond to my email. I sent multiple emails, a video showing that the product didn't work, and they responded 7-10 days later and said it's now too long, 30-day warranty over, and they can give a discount if I order a new one. Really shitty way to do buisness.

Also bought the dog collar, you can buy the same in Temu for 2-3 EUR and the same quality that you pay here over 20 EUR

Terrible Service

I ordered mine in November taking advantage of the "amazing" of for £59.99 they never arrived.It appears to be UK based but the items are coming from China, they FINALLY said they would refund me the money 2 weeks a go and I am still waiting. Avoid purchasing from them or give your money toa charity instead they are appalling

Inferior products with 30 day window to realise

Products took a few weeks to arrive. Bought them for Xmas and forgot to Google the company to check before ordering. I thought it was a legitimate company from Europe, not an imitation company from China. I wouldn't call it a scam, but the products are interior copies I think. I ordered a head torch and a dog collar, and I am particularly disappointed with the dog collar, though neither seem to hold their charge well or for long. Emailed the company and was told that I was outside the 30 day return window (which most companies extend around Christmas to allow for purchasing etc. I would not recommend this company and hope people read this before purchasing next Christmas. These head torches are available from UK based shops cheaper than I paid for on here and likely superior quality. Cursed the Christmas impulse purchase that these companies rely on.

Faulty LED dog collar

I ordered an LED dog collar which stopped recharging less than 2 months after receiving it. The collars are very poor quality. Luxelight obviously know this as they only offer a 30 day warranty. Don't waste your money.

Not fit for purpose

My headtorch is less than 2 months old and despite being fully charged overnight, the light only lasts approx 20mins now. Lasted much longer when first received. The headtorch also gets unbearably hot when switched on now. Avoid purchasing.

Disappointing customer service

Disappointing customer service. Bought two as Xmas presents, went to charge one for the first time this week (13th January) and it won’t charge. The charger won’t stay in the port. I’ve been told that since it’s more than 30 days since purchase, there’s nothing they can do. No acknowledgment or apology that they sold a faulty product. Avoid.

Christmas present faulty

Christmas present, All perspectives headband torch failed after 2 very brief uses just to try it out. Customer Support not interested at all. Very poor response and absolutely no help whatsoever. No offer to refund or repair. Very disappointed. Avoid purchasing from this company.

Awful company and awful customer service

Awful company. I ordered two lights mid-November (which also took over two weeks to reach me with no communication or update on delivery at all). They were Christmas presents. On Christmas day when they were opened, one was faulty. I sent video evidence of the fault and the company will not refund or replace the product as they claim it is outside of warranty. Avoid this company!

Light is bright but battery awful

Light is bright and allows you to see around your surroundings which I can't fault. The battery life is awful. Supposed to last 5-6 hours on low setting on the strip light but is lasting 2.5hrs. It also just dies without any warning the battery is getting low leaving you in the dark. Customer service tried to claim if I want a refund I can only return a never used product in original packaging and I'd have to pay return postage, even though they admit its faulty which is against consumer rights

Warning

My wife gave me the head torch for Christmas. No instructions on how to operate it were included. But is shouldn't be rocket science so I viewed some youtube. Light only stays on for 5 seconds. Charged it for 4 hours but that didn't fix it. I sent emails but haven't heard back. Stay away from this company unless you like throwing $$$ away.

Not so great light

At first light was great even after long delivery time, two months in light stopped working they would not honor warranty and would not refund or replace i would avoid these and find a alternative

Ordered 25/10/25, 10 weeks and counting, still no product nor requested refund!

Ordered on 29th Oct 25 and still waiting any form of product or refund.
The item shows as in transit but hasn't moved from the local depot since 3rd Nov when it landed in the UK.
Constant emails back and to customer services but I keep getting told that as the parcel is being shown as "in transit" they cannot offer a refund until Royal Mail confirm its either been delivered or lost. How long will this go on for and in the mean time I'm without the product and also £24.99 out of pocket. Don't bother ordering from this company. Its not worth the hassle and they are breaching consumer rights.
