Ordered the Balenciaga all over print…
Ordered the Balenciaga all over print Sweater, order delivered swiftly but the fit wasn’t good. Contacted Matt and he arranged a quick return, sent me the returns label via email and once the item was received the refund was processed straight away. I will definitely recommend purchasing from Luxo because of their attention to detail and their customer services is top class.

As I mentioned in my original email, I apologise for any inconvenience caused with this transaction and completely appreciate your frustrations.
Despite the above, inventory errors happen to businesses all over the world and when they do (which is very rare), we ensure they're acted on promptly and within the best interests of our customers.
You placed an order at 14:45 01/09 and at 14:53 01/09 we had already processed the refund our end and at 14:58 01/09 you received an in depth email where we explained the system error we had experienced and apologised several times for the inconvenience caused. We have even offered a 5% discount code, free next day delivery and priority on a restock if you were interested.
As for the 3-5 days for the refund, this is because you paid via PayPal express checkout and we have absolutely no influence on how long it takes for funds to be reversed - that's PayPal's responsibility.
As I mentioned in my email, please contact us to redeem a 5% discount code and please understand that a system error does not reflect our service or how we operate as a business - customer satisfaction is always our priority and we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with the complete service.

Bought a gucci polo and it was too big, emailed him same day and he has reserve a different colour for me in a smaller size. Best in the business

Do not hesitate to order!!
Ordered a Givenchy tee from the website which was well designed and quick and easy to navigate.
Came the next day and unfortunately the item was too big.
I contacted Matt and he went above and beyond to ensure this was resolved in a way which I was happy with ASAP.
Excellent service all throughout if you are looking at ordering something this is the place to get it.

Unreal customer service...
Unreal customer service from the company. I came back with a problem i had with a t-shirt i had purchased. Not to the companies fault, just a defect with stitching after a couple of wears which shouldn’t of happened! Matt made sure to send it off for a quality control check and came back with a replacement which i’m more than grateful for! 100% will be purchasing again from them.
