We find this review quite confusing as we never received any negative comments or concerns in our email dialogue? Website issues happen to every single online business all over the world and it's mostly uncontrollable but companies must deal with such issues with the customer in their best interest. This is not a case of 'keeping the website updated' - this is an extremely rare issue which we have no influence or control over and one which relates directly to our web providers (there are several articles online about similar problems). We dealt with your issue promptly, replied to emails within minutes (literally) and even offered you free gestures as an apology for the website issue you experienced.
We would have happily assisted with any concerns you had but none were mentioned until leaving this negative review. Again, we apologise for the issue you experienced however it does not relate directly to our business' service.

Initially placing our first order was pretty tricky but that was solely due to the security procedures which is ultimately a positive.

Just wanted to say how good the all round service was from Luxofashion, from finding the product to the easy check out and the fast and efficient delivery! I ordered it late Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday, and the care and quality of packaging and product was excellent I will be 100% using you again one of the best experiences I have had when ordering clothes online.

Luxo fashion gives High street stores run for their money!!!
Found a pair of trainers i liked on the website but was unsure of the fit so I emailed customer services to check how they fit. The response by Matt was quick efficient and very helpful.
When the trainers arrived they were too small so when I emailed to advise I was offered a refund due to the unusual case that the trainers were too big. A few hours later I received an email from Matt to advise he had sourced another pair in a different colour but the correct size. I returned the original pair and received the new pair within 2 days.
Definitely recommend company and will be buying again in the future. They also have competitive prices.

Many thanks for leaving a review and sorry to hear the box arrived damaged. As you will have noticed, we ensure shoe boxes are double boxed with air bubbles for added protection but sometimes they can get damaged in transit.
