Jacket came with stains and rips and…
Jacket came with stains all over as if it was pre owned and rips on the hood and I also had to pay almost €300 extra custom charges honest so disappointed was hoping to start ordering in bulk...

We do quality checks on all items prior to dispatch and nothing was picked up on when completing the review. If you have any issues with this then please contact us via email and someone will assist you; we can cross reference against the evidence we have on file. We only sell brand new items with original tags; the specific item you purchased comes direct from the brand itself and is in current season. If you are referring to creases when stating 'rips', this is completely natural when a large jacket has to be boxed and delivered abroad. The creases will of course unfold.
In relation to customs charges, this is due to the new 2021 Brexit deal which you will find masses of information on this when doing some research online. If you are importing goods from the UK and the value is over 150EUR, you will be liable for duty charges and this is completely out of our control. Businesses are not liable for these charges and we make this clear on our website
