Our salon team recently completed training with Janet on the Lynton Laser Excelight medical-grade machine, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Janet’s expertise and professionalism made the entire process seamless, ensuring every team member felt confident and well-prepared.
The online sessions were thorough and perfectly structured, covering everything from the science behind the Excelight machine to its applications for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, and vascular treatments. Janet explained every detail with clarity and patience, ensuring we all understood the theory before moving on to practical work.
The hands-on, in-clinic training was exceptional. Janet worked closely with us as a team, offering personalized guidance and ensuring we each had the opportunity to practice using the Excelight machine under her supervision. We recently had a Motus AY training day at our clinic, and it was a fantastic experience. Becky was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly approachable, making everything feel straightforward and easy to understand. I appreciated how patient she was, taking the time to address every question thoroughly. And even after the training, Becky has been so supportive—I know I can reach out anytime, and she always responds quickly and thoughtfully. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping us succeed. Richard came today to deliver and install my new ReMove hand piece for my Dynamix and I was amazed how patiently he explained everything to me. He checked everything thoroughly and took time to explain to me what it was done.
He was very polite, friendly and very understanding indeed when I needed to take some photos or record videos. It meant a lot to me.
At the end he reassured me that if I have ANY questions, I can text him.

Richard came to reinstall my Lumina machine and he was absolutely brilliant!
He explained everything throughly to me that I needed to know, including ways to help look after my machine more (no one else has done this), and this type of customer service goes a long way.
Richard was polite, friendly and made me feel completely at ease. His knowledge is unquestionable and is the best of the best.

Had my practical training today with Eliz. Absolutely perfect in every way. Covered all of my treatments and answered all of my questions. I’m feeling so happy, excited and confident to proceed with my clinic.

I’ve had my Excelight training today with Becky. She is very friendly, well put together, very professional but personable at the same time. She is patient and she found ways to teach that suited me the most. The training content was very thorough, every little detail was covered. Cannot fault anything, such a fabulous day!

Richard (Service Engineer) visited our clinic today to install our Excelight Laser System.
The day before Richard kindly notified us of an approximate time for the visit. Richard arrived promptly and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.
He explained everything he would be doing and was happy to go through everything I needed to know about the day to day use of our Excelight system and answer any questions I had. Richard was professional and knowledgeable throughout.
