Great video feed
The quality of the video feed is exceptional. Would have given it 5 stars if the newer portal was as good as the previous version. Cannot delete drivers in the newer portal.
Fix your accounting department, please
While Lytx is a good product to work with, you have to have good customer service to go along with it. As I have communicated with Lytx, they have a horrible accounting department and it is a nightmare when it comes to receiving and paying for invoices. I am not even the person who pays the invoices, just the one who approves them and it is a nightmare. I have complained about this issue since the first invoice I received, 3 years ago.
My cameras aren't working
My cameras aren't working. We tried to reset them. I sent an email and haven't received a response in over two weeks.
Poor Follow Up
Logged a ticket to have some cams installed. After 2 weeks had went by contacted Lytx for an update and the install order had not even been sent out yet. Now I'm six weeks into this process and still no communication from an install tech

Your online software is poor at best
Your online software is poor at best, requires multiple log-ins,frequently freezes up requiring logging out and back in, the people you have reviewing video's, can't possibly have ever driven a vehicle in a heavy traffic metropolis, the camera's themselves vary in sensitivity across the board. I wouldn't recommend your service to be honest.
It has allowed us
It has allowed us, myself included, to identify weaknesses and problems in our daily driving habits. Making us a safer company. Which is good for us, good for the community and good for all of us personally.

The actual product that I get to view…
The actual product that I get to view is good to excellent. I get value out of seeing what my drivers are seeing and what the occupants of my shuttles are doing. The installation process is pretty cumbersome, however. We have had issues scheduling at times and also getting the cameras installed properly so they don't create other issues with the vehicles.

Lytx by far provides a superior product for both camera solutions and GPS monitoring. Chad and Zach are both extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer a question or guide you through any process or issue that may come up. Highly recommend!
good service overall
good service overall, i do believe some pointable offences assigned to my drivers are sometimes a bit harsh though, especially when doubled up on. For example when a driver is following too close and gets points for late response as well. I will accept the following distance points but I do feel the late response points are over kill.
