Can’t believe that a licensed taxi
Can’t believe that a licensed taxi has to pay £20. Then I contacted M6 Tolls to be told because it’s over a size that’s chargeable. Not happy there should be some sort of concession for public service vehicles.
Won’t be using M6 toll ever again. Daylight robbery.

Hi Peter, thanks for your review. The M6toll uses a different classification to that of the DVLA and your vehicle is a class 4 due to it's height.

Incorrectly charges you more than double or nearly triple what should be charged.
Didn't return via the Toll as I dont trust it to correctly charge the correct fee

Very good customer service
I made a mistake and paid two times in a very short distance, , when contacted the customer service, they adjusted the payment and refunded back the extra toll charge i paid

You responded quickly to my refund request following closure of the Toll road on Sunday 16 August. But it would have been helpful to have known about the closure before joining the road and paying the fee.

The weekend M42 closures were well signposted on the M6 and surrounding routes. There was also information regrding the weekend closure on our website and on our social channels.
I appreciate that the M42 closures are frustrating. Please do check our website again before journeys as there are further weekend M42 closures due to HS2 works scheduled for September

Hopeless service
Earlier in the year, I hired a car. I used it on the M6 toll
Six months after I handed it back, someone else used the same car on the toll
I was charged
I contacted them to let them know
I was told it is n the small print and although there was no disputing that it was not my car and not my journey, they’ve kept the money
